A valve spring fixing device and a plunger pump are disclosed. The valve spring fixing device includes a spring fixing piece, which includes a first supporting surface and a second supporting surface located at two ends of the spring fixing piece, and an intermediate portion located between the first supporting surface and the second supporting surface; and a spring mounting portion connected with the intermediate portion and configured to mount a valve spring, the first supporting surface and the second supporting surface are configured to contact with a valve box to fix the valve spring fixing device.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provides an anti-loosening device and a plunger pump. The anti-loosening device includes a first bracket, a second bracket and an elastic member. The first bracket includes a first clamping part defining a first accommodating space; a first connecting part extending in a first direction and fixedly connected to the first clamping part; and a limiting part fixedly connected to the first clamping part via the first connecting part, wherein the limiting part protrudes from the first connecting part in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The second bracket includes a second clamping part defining a second accommodation space, wherein the second clamping part is opposite to the first clamping part in the first direction; and a second connecting part extending in the first direction and fixedly connected to the second clamping part.

The application discloses a speed reducer and a fracturing apparatus, the speed reducer may be used to connect to a turbine engine and comprises a housing, a planet carrier, a connecting flange, a planet shaft, a planet gear, a sun gear, a ring gear, an input shaft and an output shaft; the housing may be connected to the planet carrier, the connecting flange may be connected to the planet carrier and may be used to connect to the turbine engine; the planet shaft may be connected to the planet carrier, the planet gear may be sleeved on the planet shaft, one end of the input shaft may be used to connect to an output end of the turbine engine and the other end of the input shaft may be sleeved with the sun gear which is engaged with the planet gear, the ring gear may be engaged with the planet gear and connected to the output shaft.

Speed reducer and fracturing apparatus

The invention discloses a high-low pressure lubrication system for a high-horsepower plunger pump, including a high-pressure oil line and a low-pressure oil line, the high-pressure oil line is used for lubricating the connecting rod bearing bushes and the crosshead bearing bushes in the plunger pump, the low-pressure oil line is used for lubricating the crankshaft bearings, the crosshead sliding rails, the reduction gearbox bearing, and the reduction gearbox gear pair in the plunger pump. The beneficial effects are as follows: oil is fed in two passages: a high-pressure oil line and a low-pressure oil line, the high-pressure oil line is used for lubricating the connecting rod bearing bushes and the crosshead bearing bushes, and the low-pressure oil line is used for lubricating the crankshaft bearings, the crosshead sliding rails, the reduction gearbox bearing, and the reduction gearbox gear pair; two oil pumps are employed to supply oil so that the oil supply of each oil line could be better guaranteed, thus better distributing the lubricating oil, and avoiding problems of uneven distribution of lubricating oil caused by excessive lubrication branches and insufficient amount of lubricating oil at each lubricating point, thus enhancing the utilization of lubricating oil, reducing abnormalities; both the high-pressure oil line and the low-pressure oil line utilize two-stage filtration, which can reduce impurities in the lubricating oil and improve the life time of various components in the plunger pump.
