A servo and a robot with the same are provided. The servo comprises a servo body, an upper cover, a lower cover, and a gear set having a plurality of gears meshing with each other. The gear set is located in the servo body, and comprises an output gear located in the center of the servo body as seen from the cross section of the servo body.

A servo includes: a servo body, an upper cover fixedly connected to the top of the servo body, a lower cover fixedly connected to the bottom of the servo body, and a direct-current motor, a motor gear and a gear set which are arranged between the servo body and the upper cover and in driving connection with one another in sequence. The servo further comprises a first part and a second part protruding from the first part, and the gear set comprises an output gear located at the second part.

A transformable robot, including a car body, under which the robot is equipped with a right leg and a left leg side by side, and on the upper part of which a right arm is on the right side and a left arm is on the left side. A car head is set in front of the car body and a carriage is set on the back of the car body. A head of the robot is installed on the top of the car body, and the right leg, the left leg, the right arm and the left arm are rotatably installed on the car body.
