The present invention discloses an enzymatic synthesis method of 1-palmitic acid-2-oleic acid-3-triglyceride stearate, belonging to the technical field of structured lipid processing. In the present invention, a crude product rich in 1-palmitic acid-2-oleic acid-3-triglyceride stearate is obtained by reacting for 2-10 h at 20-70° C. with 1-palmitic acid-2-diglyceride oleate as an acyl acceptor, stearic acid or a derivative thereof as an acyl donor and a lipase as a catalyst, wherein the reaction system is an inorganic or organic solvent reaction system. The present invention provides a highly efficient enzymatic synthesis method of POS, thereby resolving the disadvantage of low POS content and limited use provided by the current synthesizing product of structured lipid. The technology adopted by the present invention certainly has an application prospect in the process of preparing cocoa butter equivalents.

Enzymatic synthesis method of 1-palmitic acid-2-oleic acid-3-triglyceride stearate

A method for enzymatically preparing a n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid diacylglycerol using oil rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid as raw material to prepare diacylglycerol oil with selective enzymatic hydrolysis. Before the enzymatic reaction, the raw materials are homogenized to improve the catalytic efficiency of lipase in the hydrolysis and achieve the purpose of reducing the reaction time and the addition amount of lipase. As a result, the cost of industrial diacylglycerol preparation is reduced, ultimately reducing the cost of industrial diacylglycerol preparation. Therefore, the present invention provides an effective, mild and low-cost enzymatic method for preparing diacylglycerol rich in n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which has a promising potential for industrial application.

Method of enzymatically preparing n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid diacylglycerol

This invention discloses a method for improving n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid enrichment efficiency in glyceride, belonging to the field of deep processing of oil. The method of this invention includes providing oil, lipase and metal ionic liquid into a reactor. After a reaction time, a mixture is obtained and free fatty acid is removed from the mixture, and the product is the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid-rich glyceride. Compared with the traditional chemical method, the method of this invention is characterized by mild reaction conditions and producing lower level of by-products. Meanwhile, metal ions selected in the present invention are able to promote the hydrolysis of lipase, solving the problem of long reaction time in the conventional enzymatic method. Rapid hydrolysis is achieved by this method so as to realize enrichment of EPA and DHA in glyceride.

Method for improving n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids enrichment efficiency in glyceride

The present invention provides an enzymatic method for producing a fatty acid bornyl ester including using borneol and a fatty acid as a substrate for reaction and adding a lipase in a solvent system or a solvent-free system to catalyze the esterification reaction for a period of time to obtain fatty acid bornyl ester. The present method preferably uses fatty acids or their derivatives as acyl donors to prepare fatty acid bornyl esters. By utilizing the characteristics of the substrate, the synthesis process is simple; the reaction efficiency is high; and the content of fatty acid bornyl ester is up to 97%.

Enzymatic method for producing fatty acid bornyl ester

The present invention provides a method for vegetable oil deacidification by enzymatic amidation, which relates to the field of oil refining technology. The present invention is carried out through mixing high acid value vegetable oil with ethanolamine at a certain molar ratio in a solvent or solvent-free system, adding with a certain amount of lipase, and reacting at certain temperature for a period of time. The monoethanolamine has been used as an acyl donor for the first time to react with free fatty acid, which avoids the increasing amount of by-products and great loss of neutral oil in reaction that involved with triglycerides. The method of the present invention has the advantages of high selectivity, high catalytic efficiency, and environment friendly in the reaction. From enzymes recycling, it greatly reduces costs, which shows tremendous potential in the application.
