The present application provides a linear vibration motor, including a casing, a stator and a vibrator accommodated in the casing, and an elastic member for suspending the vibrator in the casing. The vibrator includes a mass block having a through-hole, and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system includes a first magnetic steel arranged on one side of the stator and a second magnetic steel arranged on the other side of the stator. The first magnetic steel and the second magnetic steel are extended in parallel and arranged centrally symmetrically around a geometric center of the stator. The first magnetic steel includes a first magnetic steel portion, and the second magnetic steel includes a second magnetic steel portion. The asymmetric magnetic circuit structure can improve the nonlinear vibration when the stator is offset during the arrangement, which is helpful for improving the stability and yield of the test.

Linear vibration motor

A linear vibration motor includes a housing with a receiving space, a vibration assembly, and a coil. The vibration assembly includes a mass block, a magnet assembly fixed to the mass block, and an elastic member. The mass block is provided with a receiving space for receiving the magnet assembly. The mass block includes a side wall and a bottom wall that enclose to form the receiving space. The magnet assembly includes a first magnet, a second magnet, and a third magnet that are fixed to the bottom wall. The mass block further includes a fixation boss protruding from the bottom wall toward the second magnet. The second magnet is fixed to the fixation boss. In the linear vibration motor, bonding strength between the magnet assembly and the mass block is good, which effectively improves vibration stability and magnetic field performance of the linear vibration motor.

The present disclosure provides a vibration motor, including a housing with an accommodation space; a vibration part and a stator contained in the accommodation space; an elastic support suspending and supporting the vibration part in the accommodation space for providing elastic restoring force to the vibration part. The elastic support includes a first fixed part fixed on the vibration part, an elastic arm with one end thereof connected to the first fixed part, and a second fixed part formed by bending another end of the elastic arm and fixed on the housing. An extension direction of the first fixed part is perpendicular to a vibration direction of the vibration part, and an extension direction of the second fixed part is parallel to the vibration direction. Thus, the service life of the elastic support is improved.
