Provided are a chemical compound of an isocitrate dehydrogenase inhibitor, and an application thereof, belonging to the field of medicinal chemistry; specifically provided is the chemical compound represented by formula I, or its isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, crystal, solvate, or prodrug, as well as their preparation methods and pharmaceutical compositions containing said chemical compound, and an application of said chemical compound or composition. The chemical compound has very good ability to inhibit mutant IDH2 enzyme activity and to inhibit mutant IDH2 neoplastic cells, and may be used for preventing and/or treating a tumor characterized by the presence of mutant IDH2.

The present invention belongs to the field of medicinal chemistry, and relates to substituted pyrimidine compounds as phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) &#x3b4; inhibitor and a use thereof. In particular, the present invention provides a compound as shown by formula I or an isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or prodrug thereof, the preparation methods of same and pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and a use of these compounds or compositions for treating cancer, hyperblastosis diseases or inflammatory diseases. The compounds of the present invention have a good inhibiting activity on PI3K&#x3b4; and have a high selectivity. The present invention discloses deuterated benzopyran compounds having structure features as shown in Formula (I), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or stereoisomers thereof, or prodrug molecules thereof. With excellent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and the capability to inhibit growth of tumor cells, such compounds are novel COX-2 selective inhibitors. The compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof disclosed by the present application can be applied in preparing anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs and drugs for treating or preventing tumors.

The present invention relates to imidazole, oxazole and thiazole derivatives of tumor-targeted drug combretastatin A4, and phosphate esters, sulfonate esters or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, glycoside derivatives, solvates thereof, wherein the A-ring comprises a 3,5-dimethoxyphenyl group having a substituent at the 4-position. The pharmacological activity assays have demonstrated that the compounds of the present invention have good in vitro anti-tumor activity and excellent tubulin inhibitory effect.
