The present invention relates to a solar photovoltaic assembly. The solar photovoltaic assembly, according to the invention, includes a solar panel, an input junction box, and an output junction box. The input junction box includes a first diode, a first electric connection body connected to the first diode, and first foils respectively spliced with the first electric connection body. The input junction box is positioned on a side of the second solar panel. The output junction box includes a second diode, a second electric connection body connected to the second diode, and second foils respectively spliced with the second electric connection body. The output second junction box positioned on another side of the solar panel. The input junction box mechanically and electrically connects to a second output junction box on a connecting solar panel using a cable.

The invention discloses a solar photovoltaic junction box assembly having a housing having a housing body and a housing cover, a cable extending into the housing body and joined to the housing body, and an electrical connector disposed in the housing body and including at least a metal piece electrically connected to a solar cell and a terminal electrically connected to the cable, wherein a chamber for filling gel therein is formed between the terminal and the joint of the cable with the housing body. A part of the cable extending into the housing is fixed to and sealed in the housing by filling gel in the chamber, and first and second over-molded structures can further prevent the cable from being loosened relative to the housing of the junction box, and further prevent water from entering into the housing of the junction box.

Solar photovoltaic junction box assembly

A clamp for electrically connecting a contact rail and a bus bar of a PV assembly includes a base having a first end and a second end positioned opposite the first end. Two fixing portions extend from both sides of the base and away from and perpendicular to the first surface, and adapted to detachably fix the clamp to the contact rail. An extending portion has a first bending extension extending and bent from the base, a parallel extension connected with the first bending extension and extending in parallel with and apart from the first surface, a second bending extension connected with the parallel extension and extending between the two fixing portions, and an actuating extension connected with the second bending extension and extending beyond the base. A locating protrusion is formed integrally with the base and adapted to engage within the first locating element and the second locating element.
