A keyswitch assembly is provided. The keyswitch assembly includes a base plate, at least one pressing mechanism disposed on the base plate, a plurality of elastic members disposed on the base plate, and a keycap covering the at least one pressing mechanism and the plurality of elastic members. In the embodiments, a plurality of elastic members is disposed at equal intervals to support the keycap. By way of such configuration, the user experiences the same or similar hand feeling when pressing any point of the keycap. There is no difference in the pressing feel due for pressing the middle or two ends of the keycap. Meanwhile, the problem of the poor electrical conduction resulted from the deformation of the keycap may be avoided.

The present invention provides a keycap, method for manufacturing a keycap, and keyswitch. The keycap comprises an inner keycap member, an outer keycap member, and a character layer. The inner keycap member comprises an inner body and an inner sidewall. The inner sidewall is disposed on the periphery of the inner body. The outer keycap member is disposed on the inner keycap member. The outer keycap member comprises an outer body and an outer sidewall. The outer sidewall is disposed on the periphery of the outer body. The outer body is corresponding to the inner body. The outer sidewall corresponds to the inner sidewall. The character layer is disposed between the inner keycap member and the outer keycap member. The character layer comprises a character pattern disposed between the outer body and the inner body.

Keycap and manufacturing method thereof and keyswitch

The present disclosure provides a keyswitch comprising a baseplate, a circuit layer, an elastic part, a thin film, a keycap, and a linkage component. The circuit layer is disposed on the baseplate. The baseplate penetrates and is exposed from the circuit layer. The elastic part is disposed on the circuit layer. The thin film is disposed on the circuit layer. The thin film is provided with an opening. The baseplate penetrates and is exposed from the opening. The elastic part protrudes from the opening. The keycap is disposed above the elastic part and covers the elastic part. Two ends of the linkage component are respectively connected to the baseplate and the keycap. The elastic part is disposed in the linkage component. The linkage component drives the keycap to move up and down relative to the baseplate. The thin film is disposed on the movement path of the keycap.

Keyswitch

A keyboard frame and a keyboard are provided. The keyboard frame comprises a frame body and a plurality of positioning members. The frame body comprises a plurality of keyswitch orifices, a frame and a housing. The housing is disposed on a surface of the frame. The frame comprises a plurality of positioning notches. The housing is exposed from the plurality of positioning notches. The plurality of positioning members is disposed on the housing, and is disposed in the plurality of positioning notches. The keyboard frame is assembled with a keyswitch module disposed on a frame. The keyswitch module comprises a plurality of keyswitches and a plurality of positioning holes. The plurality of the keyswitches passes through the plurality of key orifices. The plurality of positioning members is embedded into the plurality of positioning holes, uniforming the gap between the edge of each keyswitch and the edge of the keyswitch orifices.

Keyboard frame and keyboard

A keycap, an illuminating keyswitch and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The illuminating keyswitch comprises a base plate, a printed circuit board, a light emitting element, a keycap and a lifting support structure. The printed circuit board is disposed on the base plate. The light emitting element electrically is connected to the printed circuit board. The keycap is disposed on the light emitting element. The lifting support structure is disposed between the base plate and the keycap. The keycap comprises a first injection layer and a second injection layer. The second injection layer covers the first injection layer. The light emitting element is configured to correspond to the first injection layer or the second injection layer. The keyswitch of the present invention covers the first injection layer through the second injection layer, so that the surface of the key cap is flat, thereby facilitating subsequent processing.

Keycap, illuminating keyswitch having the same and method for manufacturing the same

The present disclosure discloses a keyswitch with supporting mechanism. The keyswitch comprising a supporting mechanism disposed between the keycap and the baseplate, wherein the keycap is able to move up and down relative to the baseplate, wherein the supporting mechanism comprises a first supporting element, on which two opposite first side surfaces respectively comprise a first connecting part; and a second supporting element, on which two opposite second side surfaces respectively comprise a second connecting part, the first connecting parts are pivotally connected to the corresponding second connecting parts, wherein two protrusions are respectively disposed on each of the two first side surfaces of the first supporting element, two smooth surfaces are respectively formed on each of the two protrusions, and the first connecting parts are respectively disposed on each of the two protrusions.

A keyboard and a method for assembling the keyboard are provided. The keyboard comprises a keyswitch module, a keyboard frame, and a plurality of connecting parts. The keyswitch module comprises a baseplate, a circuit board, and a plurality of keyswitch groups. The circuit board is disposed on the baseplate. The plurality of the keyswitch groups is disposed on the circuit board. The baseplate comprises a plurality of connecting holes. The circuit board comprises a plurality of through holes. The plurality of connecting holes respectively corresponds to the plurality of through holes. The keyboard frame is disposed on the keyswitch module, comprising a plurality of keyswitch holes. The plurality of the keyswitch groups is respectively disposed in the corresponding keyswitch holes. The connecting parts are respectively filled in the corresponding connecting holes, connecting to a surface of the keyboard frame close to the circuit board through the corresponding through holes.

Keyboard and method for assembling thereof

The present disclosure discloses a scissor mechanism and a keyswitch. The scissor mechanism comprises an inner arm and an outer arm. Two opposite first side surfaces of the inner arm respectively comprise a first connecting part. Two opposite second side surfaces of the outer arm respectively comprise a second connecting part. The inner arm is disposed within the outer arm. The first connecting parts are pivotally connected to the corresponding second connecting parts. An anti-frictional configuration is disposed between each first side surface of the inner arm and the corresponding each second side surface of the outer arm. The anti-frictional configurations are provided with smooth contact surfaces without any burrs or parting lines by angle lifting demolding techniques. The present disclosure also discloses a keyswitch. When pressing and releasing the keyswitch, the noise can be reduced by the anti-frictional configurations when the inner arm and the outer arm pivot.
