A double-sided light-concentrating solar apparatus and system. The apparatus comprises a front-side concentrating groove (), a back-side concentrating groove (), and a photovoltaic panel () provided at the bottom of each concentrating groove. Each concentrating groove comprises two groove walls () extending along the bottom; opposite surfaces of the two groove walls are reflecting surfaces; the open side of each of the two groove walls forms an opening of the concentrating groove; the opening direction of the front-side concentrating groove () is opposite to the opening direction of the back-side concentrating groove (). According to the double-sided concentrating solar device, sunlight (LL) can be concentrated and received from two different directions, thereby enhancing direction adaptability and expanding device mounting methods.

Double-sided light-concentrating solar apparatus and system

A light-concentrating, solar system, comprising: a first Fresnel lens () provided with at least one tooth face, wherein each tooth face contains at least one Fresnel unit; two reflective faces () arranged to enable incident sunlight to converge via the first Fresnel lens (), and then to irradiate to a first reflective face (), and at least part of the incident sunlight to be reflected onto a second reflective face () by the first reflective face (); and a photovoltaic panel () arranged to enable at least part of the sunlight reflected by the second reflective face () to directly irradiate to or be led to irradiate to the photovoltaic panel (). Since a twice-reflection structure is adopted, on one hand, the system can provide a higher light-concentration ratio; on the other hand, the height of the system can be reduced; and at the same time, a structural design of the system has better flexibility, so that a peripheral design, such as heat dissipation or heat energy utilization, of a photovoltaic panel can be performed more easily.

Light-concentrating solar system

A driving apparatus comprises a stator (), a rotor () and a deformation connector (). The rotor is connected to the stator through the deformation connector. An external driving force drives the deformation connector to have deformation so that the rotor changes its position with respect to the stator. Under the condition that no external driving force is applied, the deformation connector remains at a force balanced position (x). The force on the deformation connector comprises a deformation force (F) of the deformation connector and a first primitive force (F) in opposite direction to the deformation force (F). Also provided is a device fabrication method. Because the deformation connector keeps balance under the effect of the deformation force and the first primitive force, a small external driving force is required when the driving apparatus operates near the balance point, hereby reducing power consumption.

Driving apparatus and device fabrication method

An input device, comprising at least one key position () and a control and readout circuit (). Each key position () is provided with a light transmission window () and a photosensitive device () thereon, the light transmission window () being used for the incidence of an external light, and the photosensitive device () being provided on the light path behind the light transmission window (), the status of the photosensitive device corresponding to the light intensity of the incident external light. The control and readout circuit () is used for resetting and scanning each photosensitive device (), and outputting, according to the scanned status of each photosensitive device (), a key signal indicating whether the corresponding light transmission window () is covered or not. The input device obtains input information by means of sensing the variation of the light intensity, instead of the traditional press input method, enabling, on one hand, a quicker reaction speed and on the other hand requiring no finger press, not only reducing the workload of the finger, but also decreasing the requirement for finger dexterity.

Input device

Disclosed is a multifunctional solar energy system comprising a converging system and two solar energy utilization devices (PP), wherein the converging system comprises at least one light-focusing refractive surface (s) and one reflective surface (s); at least one of the reflective surface (s) and the two solar energy utilization devices (PP) are movable; if the reflective surface (s) is movable, the two solar energy utilization devices (PP) are respectively provided on light paths before and after the reflective surface (s) moves; and if the reflective surface (s) is fixed, the two solar energy utilization devices (PP) are successively provided in the light path after the reflective surface (s). The solar energy system is able to place one of the two solar energy utilization devices (PP) in the light path by moving the movable component so as to respectively use the two solar energy utilization devices (PP) at different times, thereby greatly extending the function of the solar energy system and improving the comprehensive utilization rate of the system.

Multifunctional solar energy system

A Fresnel lens system, comprising at least two tooth faces located on the same light path; each of the tooth faces comprises at least one Fresnel unit, each Fresnel unit being a Fresnel refraction surface formed by an original curved surface; at least one of the two tooth faces is a complex Fresnel refraction surface or a filled Fresnel refraction surface, or the two tooth faces are at a same physical interface and an element located thereon has a reflective back surface. The Fresnel lens system can adequately utilize the advantage of thinness of Fresnel lens, thus better adjusting the light path without a significant increase in the thickness of the system.

Fresnel lens system

A zoom/focus apparatus and corresponding zoom lens assembly are provided. The zoom/focus apparatus may include a first focus lens barrel (), a first zoom lens barrel (), a first ultrasonic motor and a second ultrasonic motor which are disposed coaxially. The first focus lens barrel and the first zoom lens barrel are radially unmovable. The caliber of the first zoom lens barrel is larger than that of the first focus lens barrel. The two ultrasonic motors are used to drive the two lens barrels to move axially by the rotation of the rotors (), respectively. Because the zoom lens barrel which needs to be moved is disposed at outside of the focus lens barrel, by driving the lens barrels using the ultrasonic motors, the telescoping of the zoom lens barrel and the adjusting of the zoom position can be achieved simultaneously. Because the zoom lens barrel has larger caliber such that it is suitable for wide-angle lens and the lens assembly becomes gradually larger from inside to outside when the lens group is installed from rear to front, the installing is more convenient and smooth and the miniaturization of the lens assembly is facilitated.

Zoom/focus device and zoom lens

The present disclosure relates to a multi-spectrum photosensitive device and manufacturing method thereof. The multi-spectrum photosensitive device comprises at least one opaque base layer; each base layer having at least two sides, at least two of the sides are provided with photosensitive pixel groups, each photosensitive pixel group is used for sensing light of either spectrum irradiated from the obverse direction of the located side. Alternatively, the multi-spectrum photosensitive device comprises at least one transparent base layer; each base layer having at least two sides, at least two of the sides are provided with photosensitive pixel groups, each photosensitive pixel group is used for sensing light of interested spectrum irritated from the obverse direction or reverse direction of the located side. The present invention could be used to simultaneously sense different views of two directions or to sense a view of one direction by using the same sensing device to carry out double-direction sensing, thereby improving the performance of sensing device.

Multi-spectrum photosensitive device and manufacturing method thereof

A night vision device, comprising a first light-sensitive chip, a first lens group (), a first display screen, an image processing system and a control system for adjusting an imaging range of the first light-sensitive chip by adjusting times of optical zooming of the first lens group and/or digital zooming of the image processing system. The night vision device further comprises an auxiliary illumination module (), which comprises an auxiliary light source and a light guiding cavity; the auxiliary light source at least can emit infrared light; a light ray emitted by the auxiliary light source is emitted via the light guiding cavity; the light guiding cavity has a movable adjustment component for adjusting an irradiation range of the emitted light ray in a manual manner or by means of automatic control by the control system; and the irradiation range is adapted to the imaging range of the first light-sensitive chip. The night vision device according to the present invention can improve a night visual range and imaging quality without changing the level of hardware.

Night vision device

An infrared camera, comprising photosensitive element () capable of sensing infrared spectrum, gas discharge flash acting as flash light source (), a first optical filter () filtering visible lights and allowing infrared light to transmit, and processing module () used to execute instructions, wherein the first optical filter is fixedly or removablely disposed in the emitted light path of the flash light source. Due to gas discharge flash filtering visible lights and acting as infrared light source, the camera could provide infrared lighting capability far better than infrared LED, improving the nighttime infrared photographing quality.

Infrared camera

A zoom lens comprises a focus driving mechanism and a zoom driving mechanism and corresponding lens groups. The zoom driving mechanism is sleeved outside the focus driving mechanism. The focus driving mechanism is a voice coil motor and comprises a focus stator assembly () and a focus rotor assembly () that are connected by means of an elastic connection member (). One of a focus stator sleeve () in the focus stator assembly and a focus rotor sleeve () in the focus rotor assembly is a permanent magnet sleeve, and the other of the focus stator sleeve () and the focus rotor sleeve () is a non-magnet sleeve, and the assembly to which the non-magnet sleeve belongs further comprises a preliminary magnetic member () and a driving coil (). Due to the magnetic force pre-existing between the preliminary magnetic member and the permanent magnet sleeve, the elastic connection member is in a force balanced state without electrification, so that a smaller electromagnetic force is required for driving the elastic connection member, and accordingly the driving current and power consumption are reduced. Moreover, because the zoom driving mechanism is sleeved outside the focus driving mechanism, a large aperture can be easily realized, and installation and implementation are easier.

Zoom lens

A voice coil motor and a corresponding focusing lens. A rotor assembly () is connected to a stator assembly () by means of an elastic connecting piece (). A stator sleeve () is sleeved on a rotor sleeve (). One of the stator sleeve () and the rotor sleeve () is a permanent magnetic material sleeve, and the other is a non-magnetic material sleeve. An assembly to which the non-magnetic material sleeve belongs also comprises a pre-magnetic element () and a drive coil (). The premagnetic element () is made of a permanent magnetic or magnetized material, and is fixed relative to the non-magnetic material sleeve. The elastic connecting piece () is in a force balance state in a case without power because of pre-existing magnetic force between the pre-magnetic element () and the permanent magnetic material sleeve. Smaller electromagnetic force is required for driving the elastic connecting piece () to move, thereby reducing a drive current and power consumption.

Voice coil motor and focusing lens

The present invention relates to a mixed multi-spectrum light-sensing pixel group, a light-sensing device, and a light-sensing system. The mixed multi-spectrum light-sensing pixel group includes at least one chemical coating light-sensing pixel and at least one semiconductor light-sensing pixel. In the present invention, the chemical coating light-sensing pixel and the semiconductor light-sensing pixel are combined to generate a mixed multi-spectrum light-sensing pixel, numerous color signals and other spectral signals may be simultaneously obtained, energy of incident photons can be maximally utilized, and the theoretical upper limit of photoelectric conversion efficiency is achieved or approximately achieved; colors may be completely reconstructed, and meanwhile images of other spectrums including an ultraviolet image, a near-infrared image, and a far-infrared image are obtained.

Hybrid multi-spectrum photosensitive pixel group, photosensitive device, and photosensitive system

The present invention relates to a multi-depth-of-field light-sensing device, a system, a depth of field extension method, and an optical imaging system. The multi-depth-of-field light-sensing device includes at least two light-sensing pixel layers capable of inducing a light source, where the at least two light-sensing pixel layers are arranged at an interval of a preset distance, so that different light signals from a lens at a specific distance from the light-sensing device are focused to the different light-sensing pixel layers. The multi-depth-of-field light-sensing device of the present invention can implement automatic focusing without using any electrically operated mechanism or complex and precise mechanical component, and have good depth of field extension performance.

Multi-depth-of-field light-sensing device, and system and method for use thereof having plural light-sensing pixel layers sense light signals with different wavelength bands from different distances

A phone comprises a shell, a first communication module for communicating via a first communication network, a detection signal acquisition component as well as a sensor chip and a processing module for security monitoring, wherein the first communication module, the sensor chip and the processing module are accommodated inside the phone shell, and the detection signal acquisition component is mounted on the surface of the phone shell. Due to the integration of additional components related to security monitoring, the phone disclosed herein becomes an integrated device with both functions of basic communication and security monitoring. In addition, the resulted phone with security monitoring function has good characteristics of stealth and invisibility.
