The present invention relates to a soluble beverage powder comprising dried coffee extract particles having two essentially flat surfaces and a uniform thickness. A further aspect of the invention is a process for making a freeze-dried soluble beverage powder.

Natural Creamers for providing whitening and indulgent texture/mouthfeel of beverage and food products are provided. The creamers have long-term stability, high whitening capacity and a pleasant mouthfeel when added to beverage and food, while being free from artificial additives the creamers comprising plant oil and plant proteins, and being further characterized in that the creamers comprise baking soda and citrus fruit juice concentrate, wherein the citrus fruit juice concentrate comprises acid component comprising citric acid and malic acid.

The present invention relates to a soluble beverage powder of dried coffee extract. In particular to a soluble coffee powder having a gold appearance. Further aspects of the invention are a powder mix for preparing a beverage and a process for making a soluble beverage powder.

In a general embodiment, the present disclosure provides a creamer comprising added sugar, milk fat, milk proteins and optionally natural flavors and free of any artificial additives. Wherein the ratio of milk fat:milk protein is less than 5.3:1; and wherein the Lumisizer instability index of liquid creamer is less than 10.

Creamers and methods of making same

The present invention relates to a method of producing a freeze dried soluble coffee powder which produces foam when dissolved in water. The method involves partly melting the surface of a granulated frozen coffee extract and mixing it with a porous spray dried coffee powder whereby the porous spray dried powder particles stick to the surface of the granulated frozen coffee extract particles, and freeze drying the particles.
