The invention discloses a power conversion device and a voltage control method. The power conversion device includes a first stage circuit configured to generate a first output voltage, a second stage circuit configured to receive the first output voltage and generate an output current and a second output voltage, and a control unit configured to control the first stage circuit according to a set value of the output current, thereby adjusting the first output voltage. The invention can be adapted to a wide range load voltage by adjusting the first output voltage of the first stage circuit according to the set value of the output current of the second stage circuit.

The invention discloses a method for controlling a bleeder connected to a phase-cut dimmer and a circuit connected to a phase-cut dimmer. The method includes detecting an input voltage of the bleeder to obtain a detection voltage, and comparing the detection voltage and a preset reference voltage, wherein during a first time period, the detection voltage is less than the preset reference voltage, a start point of the first time period is a first moment, and an end point of the first time period is a second moment; delaying a first preset duration on the basis of the second moment to turn off the bleeder; and advancing a second preset duration on the basis of the first moment to turn on the bleeder.

Method for controlling bleeder connected to phase-cut dimmer and circuit connected to phase-cut dimmer

A dimming circuit includes a DC/DC conversion unit and a control module. The control module provides a switching period reference, and samples an input voltage and an output voltage. The control module calculates a turn-on time according to the input voltage, the output voltage and a reference current signal. The control module generates a variation period signal which is cyclically-changed. The variation period signal is combined with the switching period reference or the turn-on time. Consequently, a pulse width modulation signal cyclically changed is generated by the switching period reference, the turn-on time and the variation period signal. Since the switching periods is cyclically changed, the average of the output current is close to the ideal value.

The power supply device includes: a housing, where the housing includes a first bottom plate having a first surface on which a first heat sink is provided and a second surface on which a thermal conductive potting layer is provided; and a printed circuit board, where the printed circuit board is located in the housing, the printed circuit board includes a circuit board body and multiple electronic components arranged on the circuit board body, at least part of the multiple electronic components is arranged facing the second surface of the first bottom plate, and the electronic component of the at least part of the multiple electronic components is partially immersed in the thermal conductive potting layer to conduct heat dissipated by the electronic component to the first heat sink for natural heat dissipation of the electronic component.

The dimming circuit includes a power conversion unit having an input end, an output end, an inductor, and a switch. When the dimming current signal is higher than or equal to a first current threshold, the switch is controlled such that the power conversion unit operates in a continuous Conduction mode or a boundary Conduction mode; when the dimming current signal is lower than the first current threshold, the switch is controlled such that the power conversion unit operates in a discontinuous Conduction mode; and when the dimming current signal is lower than a second current threshold, the switch is controlled such that the power conversion unit operates in a chopping control mode.

The method comprises: determining a closed curve on a prefabricated substrate to separate the prefabricated substrate into a first region and a second region; providing light emitting elements and first electronic element on first surface of the prefabricated substrate; providing second electronic element on second surface of the prefabricated substrate; separating a first and second substrate from the prefabricated substrate along the closed curve; and assembling and connecting the second substrate with the first substrate at a separation opening.

A control method for a dimming driver circuit is provided. Firstly, a detecting signal is generated according to a result of detecting a parameter of a power converting unit. Then, the dimming current is compared with a preset current threshold value. If the dimming current is higher than the preset current threshold value, a status information of a switch element of the power converting unit is determined according to the detecting signal, and a first setting is defined. If the dimming current is lower than or equal to the preset current threshold value, the status is determined according to the detecting signal, a pulse ratio in a chopping cycle is calculated, and a second setting is defined. According to the first setting or the second setting, an initial control signal is adjusted to a real control signal to control the switch element.

A dimming driver circuit includes a power converting unit, an input voltage detection unit, an output voltage detection unit, a driving unit and a control unit. The power converting unit receives an input voltage. During an operation of the switch of the power converting unit, the input voltage is converted into an output voltage. The driving unit is used for driving the switch. The control unit calculates an on-time period of the switch in an operation cycle according to a first detecting signal, a second detecting signal and a dimming signal. The control unit generates a control signal to the driving unit according to the on-time period.
