The present disclosure relates to a dual-polarized phased array antenna and a dual-polarized phased array weather radar. According to the dual-polarized phased array antenna, a plurality of dual-polarized row feeds are arranged on a horizontal cylindrical support surface to form a dual-polarized antenna in a horizontal cylindrical shape. This allows two polarized signals in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction to be simultaneously received and transmitted, and ensures digital multi-beam signals with constant beam bandwidth, antenna gain, and dual polarization performance. The dual-polarized phased array weather radar provided in the present disclosure uses the formed dual-polarized microstrip patch antenna or a dual-polarized waveguide slot antenna in the horizontal cylindrical shape. This can ensure consistency of weather detected at different scan angles, and improve the accuracy of weather target 3D construction. In addition, this can simplify the calibration requirement of an existing phased array weather radar.

The spherical dual-polarization phased array weather radar comprises a spherical crown phased array antenna module, a digital transceiver module and a signal processing module, wherein the spherical crown phased array antenna module comprises a spherical support frame and a plurality of dual-polarization micro-strip radiation units; the dual-polarized micro-strip radiation units are tightly arranged on the spherical support frame; the spherical crown phased array antenna module is used for detecting weather; wireless transmission is carried out between the digital transceiver module and the spherical crown phased array antenna module; the digital transceiver module is used for generating a frequency modulation signal or a phase coding signal required for detecting meteorological targets and receiving an echo signal reflected by the target; and the signal processing module is connected with the digital transceiver module.

Embodiments of the present application disclose a bandwidth control method and a bandwidth control device. The method includes: obtaining, by a bandwidth control device, an access request of a mobile terminal, where the access request is used to indicate that the mobile terminal requests to access the Internet by using a home gateway of a fixed terminal; obtaining, by the bandwidth control device, a first bandwidth of the fixed terminal, where the first bandwidth is a subscribed bandwidth of the fixed terminal; and adjusting, by the bandwidth control device, a bandwidth allocated to the fixed terminal from the subscribed bandwidth of the fixed terminal to a second bandwidth, where the second bandwidth is greater than the first bandwidth. In the embodiments of the present application, the impact of mobile terminal access on user experience of the fixed terminal can be reduced.

The biometric feature imaging device comprises: an optical lens component adapted for optically imaging a biometric feature of a region of interest, an image sensor adapted for converting an optical image containing the biometric feature into an electronic image, an infrared light source adapted for illuminating the biometric feature of the region of interest with infrared light when the infrared light source is activated, and an optical filter unit; the optical filter unit comprises: a first optical filter adapted for blocking invisible light, a second optical filter adapted for allowing infrared light to pass therethrough, a driving mechanism adapted for moving the first optical filter and the second optical filter, and a driving controller; the driving controller is adapted for generating a first driving signal for driving the driving mechanism to move the first optical filter into an optical path of the optical lens component or a second driving signal for driving the driving mechanism to move the second optical filter into the optical path of the optical lens component.
