A locking device for an electric nail gun powered by a gas spring, comprising: a power box, a striker, a fixed central shaft having a notch, a rotatable locking block on the fixed central shaft, which by rotating engages or disengages from the notch to lock or unlock the striker, a tension spring, a guide pad, synchronously rotating with the fixed central shaft and located above the locking block, with the upper part of the guide pad being secured by a lock nut, a pressure plate on the power box, fixed and perpendicular to the striker, secured by a first bolt and a second bolt, a sleeve fitted over the first bolt, and an integral guide part of the guide pad, with its upper surface tightly against the underside of the pressure plate and its side surface closely adjacent to the sleeve.

Locking device for electric nail gun powered by gas spring

A safety frame travel adjustment device for a nail gun, comprising a firing plate. The safety frame has a long slot machined into it. A positioning sleeve is fixed to the side of the firing plate and interacts with the long slot to ensure the safety frame can slide along the direction of the firing plate. Also on the side of the firing plate is a first spring that supports the safety frame. Additionally, an adjustment seat is fixed to the side of the firing plate, housing an adjustment component for modifying the position of the safety frame. This adjustment component consists of a connecting bolt, a threaded sleeve, an adjustment wheel, and an opening and closing rod. The connecting bolt is secured to the safety frame with a locking nut and is threadedly connected to the threaded sleeve.

A safety structure used in the anti-auto-firing device of electric nail guns, including a base cover and an anti-auto-firing device. The anti-auto-firing device comprises a safety rack, an adjusting-connecting device, an on-off lever, an inching switch and a return spring. A safety device is fitted over the on-off lever. The safety device comprises a retaining ring, a bearing elastic piece and a locating spacer. A support plate is disposed in the base cover. The support plate is provided with a lever slot, the retaining ring is fixed to the on-off lever. Both ends of bearing elastic piece prop the retaining ring and locating spacer respectively. The locating spacer props the side of support plate. The bearing elastic piece has elastic force keeping the end of on-off lever away from the inching switch.
