The present disclosure relates to a chip-on-film bonding structure, a display module, and a terminal equipment. The chip-on-film bonding structure includes: a chip on film including a first pin, the first pin including a first end and a second end that are arranged to be opposite to each other; and a flexible circuit board including a second pin connected to the first pin, the second pin including a third end and a fourth end that are arranged to be opposite to each other; in which the first end and the third end overlap to form a first active contact region; and the second end and the fourth end respectively extend outward from two opposite sides of the first active contact region, to form a first exposed region at the second end and to form a second exposed region at the fourth end.

Chip-on-film bonding structure having a first exposed region of the first pin and a second exposed region of the second pin in a display module

A display-module assembly () and an electronic device () are described. The display-module assembly () includes: a cover plate () including a window portion () and a non-window portion () surrounding the window portion (); a display module () disposed at the inner side of the cover plate (); a bonding layer () including a first bonding portion () and a second bonding portions (). The first bonding portion () is adhered between the window portion () and the display module (). An ink layer () is provided on the surface of the non-window portion () facing the display module (). The second bonding portion () is adhered between the ink layer () and the display module ().

Display-module assembly and electronic device

A display device includes first and second camera regions, a function integrating region, and an ambient light sensing region. A display panel has a first through hole in the first camera region, a second through hole in the second camera region, and a non-display region between the through holes. A cover panel is provided on the display side of the display panel. A grid glue has an orthographic projection of the first openings of the two camera regions and has an area greater than an orthographic projection of the through holes. A rigid heat dissipating layer has a second opening in all the four adjacent regions, and an orthographic projection of the second openings has an area greater than the orthographic projection of the first openings, and a photosensitive module defines an orthographic projection with an area greater than the orthographic projections of the first openings and the second openings.

Display device and method for manufacturing the same

A circuit board, a display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The circuit board includes a main circuit board and an adapter circuit board stacked on the main circuit board. The adapter circuit board is provided with at least one first pad region, and the first pad region includes a hollowed region penetrating through the adapter circuit board and multiple first pads distributed around the hollowed region. The main circuit board is provided with at least one second pad region including multiple second pads, and the first pads of each of the first pad regions are respectively soldered to the multiple second pads of a corresponding second pad region.

The touch sensor includes a first opening region, a second opening region, first touch electrodes and second touch electrodes. at least one of the plurality of first touch electrodes includes a first transition touch electrode; each of a first group of second touch electrodes in the plurality of second touch electrodes further includes a second transition touch electrode the first transition touch sub-electrode at least partially surrounds the first opening region, and the second transition touch sub-electrode at least partially surrounds the second opening region; and at least part of the second transition touch electrode is positioned between the first transition touch sub-electrode and the second transition touch sub-electrode, and extends along the second direction.

A flexible printed circuit board and a display touch apparatus are provided. The flexible printed circuit board includes a binding terminal region, a first circuit region and a second circuit region; the binding terminal region includes multiple terminals, the first circuit region includes a driver circuit, multiple first signal lines, multiple second signal lines, and multiple third signal lines, and the second circuit region includes an external connector; first ends of the multiple first signal lines, the multiple second signal lines and the multiple third signal lines are respectively connected to the terminals of the binding terminal region; second ends of the multiple first signal lines and the multiple second signal lines are respectively connected to the driver circuit; and second ends of the multiple third signal lines are connected to the connector.

A touch sensor and a display apparatus are disclosed. The touch sensor includes: first touch electrodes, second touch electrodes, and a first crack blocking ring (). The touch sensor includes an opening region, and a transitional region and a touch functional region sequentially laid out from a center of the opening region; the center of the opening region and a center of the touch sensor do not coincide; the touch functional region surrounds the transitional region; the plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes are positioned in the touch functional region; the plurality of first touch sub-electrodes and the plurality of second touch sub-electrodes integrally at least partially surround the opening region; and the first crack blocking ring is positioned in the transitional region and at least partially surrounds the opening region.

A display device includes: a display panel; a circuit board, one end of the circuit board being connected to the display panel, and the circuit board being at least partially disposed on a back surface of the display panel and includes a device region on a side distal from the display panel; at least one electronic device disposed in the device region; and an adhesive tape disposed on a side, distal from the display panel, of the circuit board and bonded to a back surface of at least a part of the circuit board and the back surface of at least a part of the display panel. At least a part of the at least one electronic device in the device region is disposed between the adhesive tape and the back surface of the display panel.

Display device and assembly method thereof

A flexible display panel, touch display module and display device are provided. The flexible display panel includes a display substrate and a spacer on a side of the display substrate away from a display side. The spacer includes a first side surface facing the display side of the display substrate and a second side surface away from the display side. The display substrate includes an arc surface region close to an edge and a panel bending pad bent to the side of the display substrate away from the display side and fixed on the second side surface of the spacer. Shape of the first side surface of the spacer is consistent with that of portion of the display substrate facing first side surface of the spacer. Portion of second side surface of the spacer corresponding to the arc surface region is a surface including a plane or multiple planes.

Flexible display panel, touch display module, and display device

A flexible printed circuit and a display device are provided.
