The present invention relates to a formaldehyde-free medium-high-density board capable of meeting deep facing requirements, and a method for manufacturing same. The method includes: wood chipping, screening, cooking and softening, fiber separating, gluing, drying and sorting, paving, pre-pressing, hot pressing, cooling, sanding, and inspection and warehousing, where the gluing is two-step gluing, including: first performing gluing once by using a lignin adhesive, and then performing secondary gluing by using an MDI adhesive after waterproof treatment. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, by using biomass adhesives and formaldehyde-free adhesives without adding additives such as a curing agent and an anti-mildew agent, formaldehyde pollution is eliminated from the source by using a two-step gluing method, so that production is formaldehyde-free, and the product is formaldehyde-free. Through the sequential control of the gluing process and the grasp of the gluing type and ratio, surface hardness of the product is improved, and the final product is capable of deep facing to reach 20 to 80 filaments.

The semi-insulating silicon carbide monocrystal comprises intrinsic impurities, deep energy level dopants and intrinsic point defects. The intrinsic impurities are introduced unintentionally during manufacture of the silicon carbide monocrystal, and the deep energy level dopants and the intrinsic point defects are doped or introduced intentionally to compensate for the intrinsic impurities. The intrinsic impurities include shallow energy level donor impurities and shallow energy level acceptor impurities. A sum of a concentration of the deep energy level dopants and a concentration of the intrinsic point defects is greater than a difference between a concentration of the shallow energy level donor impurities and a concentration of the shallow energy level acceptor impurities, and the concentration of the intrinsic point defects is less than the concentration of the deep energy level dopants. The semi-insulating SiC monocrystal has resistivity greater than 1&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm at room temperature, and its electrical performances and crystal quality satisfy requirements for manufacture of microwave devices. The deep energy level dopants and the intrinsic point defects jointly serve to compensate the intrinsic impurities, so as to obtain a high quality semi-insulating single crystal.

The present disclosure discloses a method and a device for configuring photographing parameters, which relate to the field of terminal device technology. The method for configuring photographing parameters in a main device includes: acquiring photographing parameters, which include at least an output color temperature and an output time, for configuring a supplemental device with a flashlight component capable of adjusting color temperature according to a currently set photographing mode; and transmitting the photographing parameters to the supplemental device through a wireless data network, such that the supplemental device sets an output color temperature and an output time of the flashlight component in the supplemental device according to the photographing parameters when photographing. A technology for growing silicon carbide single crystals by PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) and a technology for in-situ annealing the crystals after growth is finished is provided. The technology can achieve real-time dynamic control of the temperature distribution of growth chamber by regulating the position of the insulation layer on the upper part of the graphite crucible, thus controlling the temperature distribution of growth chamber in real-time during the growth process according to the needs of the technology, which helps to significantly improve the crystal quality and production yield. After growth is finished, the inert gas pressure in growth chamber is raised and the temperature gradient of the growth chamber is reduced so that in-situ annealing the silicon carbide crystals can be carried out under a small one, which helps to reduce the stress between the crystal and the crucible lid as well as that in sublimation grown crystals to reduce the breakage ratio and improve the yield ratio during the subsequent fabrication process.
