A method and a radio network node for managing a request for a radio access bearer. The radio network node determines a first value relating to utilization of radio resources in a first set of subframes. The first set of subframes includes a second set of subframes, dedicated for transmission by the radio network node to multiple radio communication devices, and a third set of subframes. The radio network node determines a second value relating to utilization of radio resources in the third set of subframes. The radio network node receives the request and obtains an indication relating to a capability of a radio communication device to receive transmission in one or more of the second set of subframes. The radio network node determines a response to the request based on the first value, the second value and the indication, and sends the response to the network node.

Method and radio network node for managing a request for a radio access bearer

A method performed by a network node for transmitting enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Services, eMBMS, control information to wireless devices in a wireless telecommunications network is provided. The eMBMS control information comprises MBMS Single Frequency Network, MBSFN, area configuration information and MCH Scheduling Information, MSI, for a Multicast CHannel, MCH. The MBSFN area configuration information and the MSI indicate Multicast Traffic Channels, MTCHs, for the eMBMS. The network node configures the indication of the MTCHs in the MBSFN area configuration information and in the MSI based on an order of logical channel identities of the MTCHs that is set in the network node. Then, the network node transmits the MBSFN area configuration information and MSI to the wireless devices in the wireless telecommunications network. A network node and a system are also provided.

Transmitting eMBMS control information to wireless devices in a wireless telecommunications network

The embodiments herein relate to a method in an eNB for handling MBSFN area configuration information. The eNB receives, from a MME, a MBMS session start request. Based on the received request, the eNB computes a first time for a start of the MBMS session. The first time is a first MCC, update time. The eNB periodically sends, from the first time, the configuration information to a user equipment. The eNB stops the sending of the configuration information to the user equipment when the MBMS session is a last MBMS session. The eNB sends updated configuration information to the user equipment when the MBMS session is not the last MBMS session. The updated configuration information is updated MBSFN area configuration information.

eMBMS control plane synchronization

A method in a network node for configuring the network node for a first and at least one second Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) in a telecommunications system. The network node serves one or more cells. The network node configures a primary PLMN information for the one or more cells to comprise neither of the first or the at least one second PLMN. The network node configures further PLMN information for each cell of the one or more cells in the network node based on information indicating to which of the first or at least one second PLMNs each cell belongs to.
