A texture recognition pixel circuit includes a photosensitive sub-circuit, a potential raising sub-circuit and a driving output sub-circuit. The photosensitive sub-circuit is configured to, under control of a first voltage transmitted by a first voltage terminal and a potential of the reading node, sense an optical signal including texture information, convert the optical signal into a first detection signal, and transmit the first detection signal to a reading node. The potential raising sub-circuit is configured to, due to an action of a second voltage signal transmitted by a second voltage signal terminal, raise the potential of the reading node. The driving output sub-circuit is configured to, due to an action of the first detection signal that is raised, a third voltage signal transmitted by a third voltage signal terminal and a fourth voltage signal transmitted by a fourth voltage signal terminal, generate and output a second detection signal.

A display panel and its fabricating method, wherein the display panel includes a display assembly and sound generation assemblies. The display assembly comprises a display assembly substrate and a plurality of pixel components. Each sound generation assembly comprises a vibrating membrane and an exciter. The exciter comprises a motion part in contact with the vibrating membrane and a drive part driving the motion part to vibrate, and the motion part vibrates to drive the vibrating membrane to vibrate. The display assembly substrate and the vibrating membrane are the same structure. The pixel components are disposed on a side of the vibrating membrane facing away from the exciter. A projection of the each sound generation assembly on the display assembly substrate covers projections of at least two pixel components on the display assembly substrate.

Display panel, display device, fabricating method and control method of display panel

The present disclosure provides a line recognition module, a fabricating method thereof and a display device. A better collimating effect may be achieved only by fabricating an optical sensing structure on a substrate in the line recognition module and then directly fabricating at least two light shading layers and a light transmitting layer with relatively simple structures, and the device structure is light and thin, which can reduce the difficulty of processing the device. The problem that the yield is affected due to blistering caused by attaching a collimating structure to the line recognition module with use of an optically clear adhesive (OCA) is avoided. Moreover, since film layers are fabricated directly on the optical sensing structure to form the collimating structure, fabrication of the collimating structure may be accomplished by using a generic device for fabrication of the film layers on an array substrate without adding new fabrication equipment.

The micro-fluidic substrate of the preset disclosure includes a substrate, and a plurality of driving electrodes on the substrate and configured to drive a droplet to move, the plurality of driving electrodes being in a same layer with a gap space between adjacent driving electrodes. The micro-fluidic substrate further includes: at least one auxiliary electrode on the substrate and configured to drive the droplet to move, an orthographic projection of the auxiliary electrode on the substrate at least partially overlapping with an orthographic projection of the gap space on the substrate, and the auxiliary electrode and the driving electrodes being in different layers.

An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a common electrode layer and a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array disposed on the base substrate. Each of the pixel units includes a plurality of sub-pixel units defined by gate lines and data lines disposed to intersect each other laterally and vertically. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of common electrode blocks that double as self-capacitance electrodes, each of the common electrode blocks is connected with at least one wire, and the wires are in the middle of sub-pixel units of a same column.

An electronic device includes a pixel layer, an image display control apparatus, a photosensitive layer, and a processor. The pixel layer includes a plurality of pixel units configured to display an image. The image display control apparatus is configured to control the plurality of pixel units to sequentially display at least one corresponding first image according to at least one first image signal. The photosensitive layer is configured to receive a reflected light formed after an emergent light emitted from the pixel layer when displaying one first image at each time is reflected by an object to be photographed, and to convert the reflected light received at each time into a second image signal. Each of the plurality of droplet detecting elements includes an ultrasonic conversion device and a voltage detecting element, the ultrasonic conversion device is configured to generate ultrasonic wave according to a first electric signal, receive a reflected ultrasonic wave, and convert the reflected ultrasonic wave into a second electric signal; and the voltage detecting element is configured to detect the second electric signal and determine whether a droplet exists at a position where the droplet detecting element is located based on the second electric signal.
