13-oxidized ingenol derivative and use thereof

A calibration circuit for body biasing includes a phase detector, first and second voltage generators, and first and second voltage regulators. The phase detector has an input terminal configured to receive an oscillation signal from a ring oscillator. The phase detector provides output signals indicative of phase differences between the oscillation signal and a reference signal. The first voltage generator provides a first reference voltage using the output signals from the phase detector, and the first voltage regulator provides a first biasing voltage using the first reference voltage. The second voltage generator provides a second reference voltage using the first reference voltage, and the second voltage regulator provides a second biasing voltage using the second reference voltage. The first biasing voltage is used to bias P-wells of transistors in the ring oscillator, and the second biasing voltage is used to bias N-wells of transistors in the ring oscillator.

FD-SOI device calibration circuit and method therefor

A capacitive sensing circuit includes circuitry to compensate for moisture or liquid spanning sensor units. The capacitive sensing circuit includes input terminals that couple with respective sensor units to receive sensing signals. A sensing block determines capacitance changes in the sensor units using the sensing signals and generates output signals indicative of the sensed capacitance changes. First switches are coupled with respective ones of the input terminals and are closed during a first scanning stage to couple the sensing signals from the input terminals collectively to the sensing block. Second switches are coupled with respective ones of the input terminals and are closed during a second scanning stage, to generate compensation signals to compensate for capacitance interference between the sensor units.

Moisture compensating capacitive sensing circuit

An electronic device includes mutual capacitance sensing circuitry for a capacitive touch pad. The touch pad has pairs of transmit and receive electrodes. The sensing circuitry intermittently charges and discharges the transmit electrode, and then measures corresponding voltage level changes at the receive electrode. A non-linear voltage-to-current converter is used to detect the voltage level changes, which allows for great sensitivity to mutual capacitance changes.

Mutual capacitance sensing circuit with increased sensitivity

A sensor for providing an output signal that is a function of a sensed capacitance, in a touch interface for example. The sensor includes a charger for repetitively applying first and second voltages to charge the sensed capacitance to first and second charge values in first and second phases respectively. A sampler provides first and second sample signals that are a function of the first and second charge values respectively. An accumulator uses an accumulator signal to provide the output signal. The accumulator repetitively uses the first sample signal incrementally and the second sample signal decrementally in providing the accumulator signal. The accumulator signal is a progressive function of the sensed capacitance but tends to cancel a noise in the first and second sample signals at frequencies less than a repetition rate of operation of the accumulator.

Capacitance sensor with noise rejection

In a touch interface, a sensor provides an output signal that is a function of a sensed capacitance. The sensor includes a charger for repetitively applying first and second voltages to charge the sensed capacitance to first and second charge values in first and second phases respectively. A sampler includes a first current mirror for providing first and second sample current signals that are a function of the first and second charge values respectively. An accumulator uses an accumulator signal to provide the output signal. The accumulator repetitively uses the first and second sample current signals differentially to modify a charge on an accumulator capacitor and provide the accumulator signal. The accumulator signal is a progressive function of the sensed capacitance but cancels noise in the first and second sample signals at frequencies less than a repetition rate of operation of the accumulator.
