The present invention provides a multi-material 3D object printing method and a print control apparatus. The multi-material 3D object printing method includes: a. randomly generating at least one group of area print data based on each group of area information of a target object, then correspondingly generating layer print data according to multiple groups of area information of each layer of the target object, and forming the multiple groups of layer print data into 3D object print data; b. performing layer-by-layer printing based on the 3D object print data; and c. stacking layer-by-layer printing products from the step b to form a 3D object. As disclosed, a texture of a 3D object generated by means of printing is homogeneous, thereby expanding the application scope of manufacturing a 3D object by using an inkjet printing technology, and implementing smooth transition between materials in different areas of a same 3D object.

Multi-material 3D object print method and print control apparatus

The present disclosure provides a method for fabricating a mixed-material 3D object, including forming, based on layer-print data of a target object, a layer-print product by one-by-one printing a plurality of pixels, using Ntypes of main materials for the target object; forming a plurality of the layer-print products by repeatedly forming the layer-print product; and forming a mixed-material 3D object by stacking one of the layer-print products on another. Each of the plurality of pixels is printed by Ntypes of the main materials and Ntypes of auxiliary materials, N&#x2264;N, and when N&#x3c;N, N&#x2265;1, and each of the plurality of pixels is formed by ejecting a plurality of ink droplets.

A method for fabricating a colored 3D object is provided. The method includes: forming, based on layer-structure data of a target object, a layer-structure product by printing of a molding material; forming a layer-print product by printing color inks on the layer-structure product based on layer-color data; and repeatedly forming the layer-print product to provide a plurality of the layer-print products, and fabricating a colored 3D object from the plurality of the layer-print products, stacked one over another. The color inks are printed synchronously or following the formation of the layer-structure product. A system for fabricating a colored 3D object includes a processing terminal, a print head, and a drive controller. The method and system improve a dimensional accuracy and printing efficiency of the colored 3D object.

Method and apparatus for full color data processing for 3D objects are provided. The method includes: performing a layering process on a target object to determine slice-layer data of each layer, wherein the slice-layer data includes layer-color data and layer-structure data, the layer-color data represents color information of the target object, and the layer-structure data represents a printing location of the target object; and analyzing the layer-color data and the layer-structure data when the layer-color data is consistent with background color data of the target object and analyzing the layer-color data when the layer-color data is inconsistent with the background color data of the target object, thereby determining a layer color of the target object and determining printing information of the target object.

The manufacturing method includes: forming multiple pressure-generating members arranged spaced apart on a first substrate; forming, on a first surface of first substrate, pressure chambers corresponding to multiple pressure-generating members, and a common chamber in communication with multiple pressure chambers; forming a transition layer on pressure chambers, and forming a jet orifice plate on transition layer; and forming, on jet orifice plate and transition layer, jet orifices in communication with pressure chambers. When the number of pressure chambers needs to be increased, since pressure chambers are formed on first substrate individually, mechanical strength of first substrate will not be reduced, and during manufacturing process, breakage of first substrate can be avoided, improving yield of liquid jet head, and reducing manufacturing cost.
