A fan, comprising blades (), an upper hub (), and a lower hub (). Each blade () comprises a connecting part (). The connecting part () is clamped between a lower surface of the upper hub () and an upper surface of the lower hub (). The lower surface of the upper hub () is provided with an upper hub connecting area, and the upper surface of the lower hub () is provided with a lower hub connecting area. An upper surface and a lower surface of the connecting part () are separately provided with a junction surface extending from the connecting part (). The lower surface of the upper hub () and the upper surface of the lower hub () are separately provided with a matching surface matching the junction surface. The junction surface and the matching surface are arranged in the radial direction and/or circumferential direction of the upper hub () and the lower hub (), and are configured to match with each other to impede the movement of at least two blades () in the circumferential direction and/or radial direction with respect to the upper hub () and the lower hub (). The fan structure can prevent the movement of the blades () with respect to the upper hub () and the lower hub (). The connecting part () and the fan body () are not easy to break and can be easily assembled, such that better stability can be ensured while the cost is low.

A fin, comprising: multiple fin subunits arranged in multiple rows, the fin subunits in two adjacent rows being arranged in an offset fashion. Each of the fin subunits comprises: a first direction center line and a second direction center line perpendicular to the first direction center line; a hole located at a central part of the fin subunit; four fenestrated zones, with two adjacent fenestrated zones in the four fenestrated zones being arranged as mirror images of each other, centered at the first or second direction center line therebetween; a flat zone comprising a hole periphery flat zone, the hole periphery flat zone being disposed between the hole and each fenestrated zone; each fenestrated zone comprises first, second, third and fourth boundaries, wherein the first boundary is located at that side of each fenestrated zone which faces the hole, the second boundary is located at that side of each fenestrated zone which faces away from the hole, and the third and fourth boundaries extend in a direction parallel to the first direction center line; the first boundary forms a demarcation line between the hole periphery flat zone and each fenestrated zone, and at least a portion of the first boundary is an elliptical arc or a circular arc that is not concentric with the circle center of the hole.

Heat exchanger and fin thereof

Disclosed in the present application is a blade and an axial flow impeller using same. The blade comprises a blade tip, a blade root, a leading edge, a trailing edge, an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface and lower surface are disposed opposite each other; the blade tip, the blade root, the leading edge and the trailing edge surround the upper surface and the lower surface, and connect the upper surface and the lower surface. The blade is rotatable about a rotation axis, the rotation axis being perpendicular to a normal plane. The blade tip comprises a blade tip base part and a blade tip trailing part, the blade tip base part being close to the leading edge, and the blade tip trailing part being close to the trailing edge and being bent upwards relative to the blade tip base part. An angle of attack of a chord of the blade tip trailing part is greater than an angle of attack of a chord of the blade tip base part, wherein the angle of attack is an acute included angle between the chord and the normal plane. The blade of the present application can provide a large air volume, and has higher static pressure and higher efficiency.

Blade and axial flow impeller using same

The present application discloses an impeller for a centrifugal fan and a centrifugal fan. The impeller comprises a support member and several vanes. The support member has an inner wall that defines a hollow portion. The several vanes are arranged inside the hollow portion, each of the several vanes is connected with the inner wall and extends along the axial direction of the support member, and the several vanes are arranged along the circumferential direction of the support member. Each of the several vanes is bent and comprises a front edge, a tail edge, a convex suction surface, and a concave pressure surface, the suction surface and the pressure surface are arranged to oppose each other, and the front edge and the tail edge are arranged to oppose each other, wherein the tail edge is connected with the inner wall of the support member, and wherein several protrusions are provided on the suction surface, and the several protrusions are arranged to be close to the front edge. The protrusions can regulate the flow of a fluid immediately when the fluid contacts the vanes. During the flow regulation process, a large vortex in the fluid can be divided into several small vortices. Such small vortices have smaller friction resistance, and the kinetic energy dissipated from the motion of the small vortices themselves can be partially cancelled out, thereby reducing the noise of the impeller and improving the performance of the centrifugal fan.
