A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device includes providing a semiconductor structure having a semiconductor substrate, a dielectric layer on the semiconductor substrate, and a hardmask on a second portion of the dielectric layer while exposing a first portion of the dielectric layer; forming a copolymer on the semiconductor structure; performing an annealing treatment such that the copolymer forms a staggered configuration of a first monomer and a second monomer; removing the first monomer; performing a first etching process on the first portion using the second monomer as a mask to form a first trench extending to the semiconductor substrate; removing the second monomer and the first hardmask; and epitaxially growing a first semiconductor fin in the first trench.

The present invention relates to a class of phenylpyrimidone compounds, the pharmaceutical composition, the preparation method and the use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a type of phenylpyrimidone compounds of the following formula I, the pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof and to the pharmaceutical composition as well as the preparation method of the compounds. The compounds of formula I according to the present invention can effectively inhibit type V phosphodiesterase (PDE5), and thus can be used for the treatment of various vascular disorders, such as male erectile dysfunction, pulmonary hypertension and the like.

An uncured acoustic absorbing member for cavity sealing comprises a thermally inert carrier () and a thermally expandable material () applied to the carrier (). The carrier () contains openings () which become covered when the thermally expandable material () is expanded to seal the cavity. The thermally expandable material () may be in the form of substantially discontinuous segments () having an area in the range of 0.25 to 400 mm. The substantially discontinuous segments () provide a highly uniform expansion of the material when it is thermally expanded. The acoustic absorbing members are particularly useful for sealing automotive cavities to provide acoustical abatement and to prevent the entry of fluids into the cavity.
