A fluid regulator includes an actuator assembly disposed in a valve body. A sleeve includes a cylindrical wall, a first plate, and a second plate. Each of the first plate and the second plate is disposed in a cavity of the sleeve. A stem extends through the sleeve and is axially aligned with a longitudinal axis of the body, and includes a passage extending partially through the stem. The actuator assembly includes first and second pistons. First, second, third, and fourth chambers are separately disposed between the sleeve, the first or second plate, or the first or second piston. The first and third chambers are in fluid communication, and the second and fourth chambers are in fluid communication via the passage of the stem. The actuator assembly actuates a control element in response to a fluid pressure receivable in the first, second, third, and/or fourth chambers.

Regulator

A fluid control device includes a body having an inlet, an outlet, and a fluid flow path between the inlet and the outlet, a seat, and a control element that is coupled to a stem. The control element and the stem are movable along a first axis and biased toward a closed position in which the control element engages the seat. The fluid control device includes an actuator assembly including a shaft that is operatively coupled to the stem via a Scotch yoke mechanism such that rotation of the shaft in a first rotational direction causes movement of the stem and control element along the first axis in a first translational direction. The actuator assembly includes a trigger mechanism that is responsive to fluid pressure and prevents rotation of the shaft in a first mode of operation and releases the shaft to allow rotation in a second mode of operation.

Actuator assembly for a fluid control device

A valve assembly includes a sensing device, a main spring, a bonnet located below the sensing device, a piston with a through hole, and a valve stem connected with the sensing device and having a penetrating part through the through hole. The sensing device drives the valve stem to drive the piston. The valve assembly also includes an auxiliary spring arranged between the bonnet and the piston. The penetrating part is longer than the depth of the through hole and the valve stem is slidably coupled in piston. The valve assembly can prevent the valve stem from transferring the force of the main spring to the piston, so as to avoid damaging the valve port, the valve stem, and the piston when the force of the main spring is too large.

Valve assembly

A drive device and a valve including the drive device. The drive device senses the pressure of a working medium and generates a drive force to control the flow of the working medium. The drive device includes a sensing part with a chamber and a drive shaft. Vents and an air exhausting device are arranged on the chamber. The drive device and the valve including such a drive device can exhaust air entering the chamber along with the working medium out of the chamber by the vents on the chamber thereby optimizing the performance of the drive device and the valve and helping to keep the valve operating in a stable manner.
