A double-sided sound device includes a frame, a first vibration system, a second vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The frame includes an upper end opening and a lower end opening, the first vibration system is disposed at the upper end opening of the frame, the second vibration system is disposed at the lower end opening of the frame, and the magnetic circuit system is disposed in the frame. The magnetic circuit system includes an outer magnetic yoke, a magnet portion, and a non-magnetically conductive connector. The outer magnetic yoke includes a side wall and a first flange portion. The magnet portion includes an upper pole core, a lower pole core, and a magnetic steel, and the magnetic steel is clamped between the upper pole core and the lower pole core. The double-sided sound device reduces a product size, and further reduces material costs.

Double-sided speaker device

The application discloses a loudspeaker and an installation structure. The loudspeaker includes a front surface and a back surface. The loudspeaker includes an installation frame and a loudspeaker body installed on the installation frame. The installation frame is provided with a guiding hole passing through the front surface and the back surface. By opening a guiding hole passing through the front surface and the back surface on the installation frame, the sound generated by the back surface of the loudspeaker can be directed to the front surface of the loudspeaker through the conduction of the guiding hole. The sound of the front surface of loudspeaker is strengthened, which can greatly improve the loudness of the loudspeaker.

Loudspeaker and installation structure for same

The present application provides a sounding device. The sounding device includes a front surface with a sound outlet hole; a back surface; a sounding component and an outer casing. The outer casing is covered outside the sounding component. A cavity is formed between the outer casing and the end of the sounding component close to the back side. A sound guiding channel is arranged in the outer casing. One end of the sound guiding channel is communicated with the sound outlet hole, and the other end of the sound guiding channel is communicated with the cavity. The sounding device of the present application provides a smooth transmission channel for the sound from the back side by arranging the sound guiding channel in the outer casing, thereby strengthening the frontal sound of the sounding device and greatly improving the loudness of the sounding device.

Sounding device

The present application discloses a speaker, including a shell and a speaker unit. The speaker unit includes a frame, and a magnetic path assembly and a vibration assembly; wherein, a guide pipe is also arranged in the receiving space. Compared with the related art, the present invention has the advantages that the guide pipe having a first through hole is provided; a magnetic bowl is provided with a second through hole in a penetrating manner; a main magnet is provided with a third through hole in a penetrating manner; a support is provided with a fourth through hole in a penetrating manner; all the above through holes are communicated in sequence. Thus, air of a region of the rear cavity can be introduced to the front cavity, which achieves effects of increasing the loudness of the speaker and optimizing the acoustic performance.

Speaker

The present invention relates to a vehicle door, which is installed on the vehicle. The door includes a shutter, a speaker and an inverted tube. The shutter has an accommodation cavity, and the speaker is installed in the shutter. The inverted tube is located in the accommodation cavity, with one end connected with the interior of the vehicle, and the other end forming an acoustic port with a flange. The inverted tube exports the sound from the rear cavity into the car. The inverted tube with the acoustic port can strengthen the resonance effect of the air, and strengthen the sound wave. It can improve the loudness of the speaker, reduce the noise of the airflow, and effectively improve the sound quality of the speaker.

Vehicle door

Disclosed is a sound generator, including a bracket, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system includes a first vibration diaphragm, s a second vibration diaphragm, a first voice coil driving the first vibration diaphragm, and a second voice coil driving the second vibration diaphragm. The magnetic circuit system includes an iron core, a magnet assembly, and a magnetic frame. The first voice coil is disposed between the magnetic frame and the magnet assembly, and the second voice coil is disposed between the magnet assembly and the iron core. Therefore, two magnetic circuit structures are provided in the same magnetic frame space and drive the first vibration diaphragm and the second vibration diaphragm to vibrate and generate sound in different directions respectively, which improves the utilization efficiency of the magnetic circuit system while saving space, thereby improving the sound generation performance of the sound generator.

Sound generator

The present application relates to a sound production unit and a speaker. The sound production unit includes: a frame, where the frame has a receiving space; a magnetic path system, where the magnetic path system is arranged in the receiving space, and a magnetic gap is formed in the magnetic path system; a vibration system, where the vibration system includes a first diaphragm and a second, a first voice coil assembly inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the first diaphragm to vibrate to produce a sound, and a second voice coil assembly inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the second diaphragm to vibrate to produce a sound; and an end cover. Vibrations of the sound production unit or the speaker and the like can be counteracted; cophase stacking can also be performed on sound waves; and the acoustics effect of the speaker is enhanced.

Sound production unit and speaker

Disclosed is a sound generator, including a bracket, a magnetic circuit system, a first vibration system, and a second vibration system. The bracket has a first opening and a second opening that face opposite directions. The magnetic circuit system is used for driving the first vibration system and the second vibration system to generate sound in different directions. The first vibration system includes a first voice coil, the second vibration system includes a second voice coil, and the magnetic circuit system includes a first magnet, a second magnet, and a third magnet. The first voice coil is sleeved on outer sides of the first magnet and the second magnet simultaneously, and the second voice coil is sleeved on outer sides of the second magnet and the third magnet simultaneously. In the present invention, the loudness of sound generated by the sound generator may be improved.

The present invention provides a bass automobile seat module and an automobile. The bass automobile seat module includes a seat and a speaker box mounted at a bottom of the seat. The bottom of the seat is provided with a mounting slot; the speaker box includes a hollow shell arranged in the mounting slot and a double-sided sound module accommodated in the shell; the top and bottom of the double-sided sound module are respectively provided with a first vibration diaphragm and a second vibration diaphragm; and the first vibration diaphragm located in the mounting slot transmits a sound through the seat and a sound production channel of the double-sided sound module. The present invention can release a storage space of a door and can also automatically offset the resonance, which is convenient for providing a better listening effect.

Bass automobile seat module and automobile

A sounding device includes a bracket having a receiving space, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit unit. The magnetic circuit unit drives the vibration system to vibrate. The magnetic circuit unit includes a first magnetic body, a second magnetic body, and a yoke. The yoke includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall, and a second sidewall. The first sidewall and the second sidewall is fixed to the bracket. The first sidewall and the bottom wall form a first groove accommodating the first magnetic body, and the second sidewall and the bottom wall from a second groove accommodating the second magnetic body. An opening of the first groove is oriented opposite to an opening of the second groove. The vibration system includes first and second vibration portions. The magnetic circuit unit is arranged between the first and second vibration portions. In this way, a thin sounding device can be realized.

The present invention discloses a speaker which has a frame formed by side walls, a vibrating system and two conductive terminals. Each of the conductive terminal includes a soldering sheet, an extending arm, a connecting arm bending and extending from the extending arm and arranged on opposite to the soldering sheet, an elastic arm, and a contacting hook. The two extending arms respectively extend from the two soldering sheets at the sides away from each other. The two connecting arms respectively extend from the two extending arms towards the direction close to each other, and the elastic arms are arranged spaced from the side walls. Compared with the related art, the conductive terminals of the speaker of the present invention have the advantages of strong working elasticity and long service life.

The present disclosure provides a diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a dome portion located at a central position and an edge portion disposed around the dome portion. The edge portion is provided with a plurality of first wrinkles at corners of the edge portion. The first wrinkles extend from an inner side of the edge portion toward an outer side of the edge portion. The edge portion is further provided with at least one second wrinkle passing through all the first wrinkles that are at the same corner as the at least one second wrinkle. The second wrinkle extends along a corner extension direction of the corner at which the second wrinkle is located. The diaphragm of the present disclosure can effectively improve a twist, a swing, and distortion when the diaphragm vibrates, and improve acoustic performance.

Diaphragm

The present disclosure provides a sound device, comprising a frame and a front cover disposed on the frame by covering the frame, wherein the frame extends towards the front cover to form an ironing spot column, the front cover comprises a body portion disposed on the frame by covering the frame and a positioning hole penetrated through the body portion and fitted with the positioning hole, the ironing spot column is inserted in the positioning hole, wherein the ironing spot column comprises a column main body and a glue receiving groove formed by recessing from an outer surface of the column main body towards inside of the column main body; the column main body passes through the positioning hole so that the glue receiving groove is in communication with the positioning hole, and the glue receiving groove is filled with glue.

Sound device

The present invention discloses a speaker, including: a vibration system; a magnetic circuit system; a frame fixing the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system, and a front cover covering the frame. The frame includes a number of hot-melt posts and a number of step parts arranged abutting against the hot-melt posts. The front cover includes a number of positioning holes matching the hot-melt posts and a number of positioning grooves matching the step parts and hollowed at a side of the front cover adjacent to the frame. The positioning holes are received in the positioning grooves; the step parts are accommodated in the positioning grooves; and the hot-melt posts pass through the positioning holes.

The present invention provides a sound generator. The sound generator of the present disclosure is characterized in that the front cover hollows to form the glue slot which is around and communicated with the positioning holes. After being filled into the glue slot, the glue flows into the gap between the melting point posts and the positioning holes for filling. Therefore the horizontal sway of the front cover is reduced and even avoided, and then the front cover is fixed stably. At the same time, with the gap, the glue can flow to the position between the frame and the front cover, which increases the fixing strength and stability between the front cover and the frame with the melting points as well as the tensile property of the front cover, and therefore the acoustic stability of the sound generator is further optimized.
