The systems and methods may identify at least one candidate area based on the plurality of historical positions of the user terminal. The systems and methods may identify one or more of the at least one candidate areas as one or more active areas of the user terminal. The systems and methods may further provide data associated with one or more service requests relating to the one or more active areas to a customer application executed by the user terminal.
