Disclosed are a device and method for rapidly regulating downhole pressure after a kick in deepwater shallow open-circuit drilling. The device includes a real-time monitoring device and a real-time regulation device. Aiming at deepwater shallow open-circuit drilling characteristics, the present disclosure proposes that a drilling fluid return condition at a seabed is monitored through a subsea remote operated vehicle (ROV); based on this data, whether gas influx occurs in a downhole or not and changes of the gas influx rate and the formation pressure after the gas influx are analyzed in real time, and then real-time guidance is provided for the design of key parameters such as well killing fluid displacement and density, and the well killing fluid displacement and density are regulated in real time, to achieve rapid regulation of the downhole pressure after gas influx of deepwater shallow open-circuit drilling.

Disclosed is a bio-enzyme degradable temporary plugging material and a preparation method and application thereof in the technical field of natural gas hydrate drilling and production; the preparation method of the bio-enzyme degradable temporary plugging material includes the following steps: mixing the ceramsite with an aqueous solution of 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane before a stirring reaction and drying to obtain modified ceramsite; and fully dispersing the modified ceramsite, ethyl cellulose, and epoxy resin in dichloromethane to obtain an oil phase; adding the oil phase into a gelatin aqueous solution and mixing uniformly; after a stirring reaction, evaporating an organic solvent, filtering, washing, and drying, to obtain the bio-enzyme degradable temporary plugging material.

An inner cavity of an outer pipe is provided with an inner pipe to form a deviated casing. An upper side of the outer pipe is provided with a mixture outlet. A middle-lower side of the outer pipe is provided with a leakage port and two overflow ports. The gap width can be changed by adjusting a bolt and a support block to be compatible with different types of fracture models. A gas injection system includes an air compressor and a gas flowmeter. An upper port of a liquid injection system is connected to a joint arranged at upper ends of the inner pipe and outer pipe through a water pump, a liquid flowmeter and a liquid regulating valve.

An outer wall of the wellbore outer pipe is provided with one or more inlets. A bubble generator is arranged outside a lower plug, and extends through the lower plug via an air inlet needle into the inner cavity of the wellbore outer pipe. An input end of the bubble generator is connected to an air compressor. A lower outlet of the wellbore outer pipe is connected to an inlet of a formation unit through a pipeline and a back pressure valve. A simulating method using such device is also provided.

The present invention provides a method and equipment for optimizing hydraulic parameters of deepwater managed pressure drilling in real time. The method comprises: acquiring overflow parameters in the current drilling process, performing preprocessing and feature extraction on the overflow parameters, and inputting the overflow parameters into trained support vector machine identification models for overflow judgment. If overflow occurs at the current drilling depth, reducing an opening of a throttle valve and increasing a displacement of a submarine pump, measuring a wellhead back pressure and calculating a bottom hole pressure, and judging whether overflow continues is performed. If overflow continues, mixing high-density drilling fluid with the original drilling fluid, pumping the mixture into a wellbore annulus, and performing the above operations of reducing the throttle valve opening, increasing the displacement of the submarine pump, calculating the bottom hole pressure and judging whether overflow continues is performed until overflow no longer occurs.

The measuring unit comprises: a throttling device, mounted on a drill stem; sensors, arranged at the two sides of the throttling device, and configured to sense the pressure and/or temperature at the two sides of the throttling device; and a signal transmitter, configured to transmit the pressure and/or temperature values. The present invention employs a throttling device and measures the pressure drop and/or temperature difference across the throttling device, and can identify kick information successfully according to the pressure drop and/or temperature difference. Even in the case of horizontal wells where the flow and pressure variations are not apparent, the present invention can still attain a good kick information identification effect.
