A method of detecting safe and other states of battery while electric vehicle is being driven controls an inverter to generate ripple current on the battery; ripple voltages of a plurality of battery cells are measured, voltage phase shifts between the battery cells are calculated. The battery can be analyzed as normal or otherwise according to the voltage phase shift between plurality of the battery cells. A vehicle-mounted device and a non-volatile storage medium therein, for performing the above-described method, are also disclosed.

A thermal management system includes a refrigerant loop, a battery coolant loop, and a motor coolant loop. The refrigerant loop includes a compressor selectively communicating with at least two of a condenser, an evaporator, and a heat exchanger. The battery coolant loop includes a first bypass path connected to the heat exchanger. The motor coolant loop includes a second bypass path connected to the radiator. A valve package includes ten outer ports and eight inner channels. Three outer ports connect to the heat exchanger, one of which is connected to the first bypass path. Two outer ports connect to the power supply system. Two outer ports connect to the powertrain system. Three outer ports connect to the radiator, one of which is connected to the second bypass path. Eight of the ten outer ports selectively communicate with four of the eight inner channels.

A battery thermal management system and method are provided. The system includes: a battery, a battery thermal exchange structure, a pump, at least one first valve and one or more thermal adjustment components, wherein the battery thermal exchange structure includes a thermal exchange channel passing through the battery, and has a first port and a second port; a first coolant circulation loop is formed via connecting the pump and the battery thermal exchange structure, and a second coolant circulation loop is formed via connecting the pump, the battery thermal exchange structure and the one or more thermal adjustment components; the first valve is set at each or one of two joint locations between the first coolant circulation loop and the second coolant circulation loop and is configured to direct coolant flowing through the first valve into either the first coolant circulation loop or the second coolant circulation loop.

A battery heating device of an electric vehicle, a battery heat adjustment method, a storage medium, and an electronic device are provided. The device includes a battery heating circuit, an engine cooling circuit and a three-way valve. The three-way valve connects the battery heating circuit and the engine cooling circuit to mix a first liquid in the engine cooling circuit and a second liquid in the battery heating circuit, and transmits a mixed liquid to the battery heating circuit to heat a battery in the battery heating circuit. By means of the disclosure, the problems of large overall weight and packaging space of a system caused by the use of a heat exchanger and high manufacturing cost in a conventional art are solved, the overall weight and packaging space of the system are reduced, additional components are reduced, and the cost is reduced.

A method and system for preventing battery thermal runaway are provided. The method includes: detecting or predicting whether there is a thermal runaway risk for each battery cell or battery module of a battery pack; and in response to detecting or predicting that there is a thermal runaway risk for at least one battery cell or battery module of the battery pack, transferring battery energy of the at least one battery cell or battery module to the battery pack or another battery pack as thermal energy or electric energy.

A vehicle-mounted device for detecting battery state comprises a controller, a load unit, and a switch unit. The load unit is coupled to the battery, the switch unit is coupled between the battery and the load unit. The controller can control the switch unit to disconnect or connect the battery and the load unit at a predefined frequency. The controller can switch the load unit to generate ripple voltage on the battery, and measure the ripple voltage of each battery cell, an abnormal state of a battery can be determined according to the ripple voltage of each battery cell.

A thermal management system includes a refrigerant loop, a motor coolant loop, and a battery coolant loop. The refrigerant loop includes a first refrigerant main-line, a second refrigerant main-line, a first refrigerant branch, and a second refrigerant branch. The method includes: obtaining an electromagnetic loss of each node in &#x3be; nodes acquired by decomposing components of a motor, wherein the &#x3be; is a natural number greater than 1, and at least one component in the components of the motor is decomposed into multiple nodes in the &#x3be; nodes; obtaining a thermal resistance between every two nodes in the &#x3be; nodes; and determining a temperature of the motor based on the electromagnetic loss of the each node in the &#x3be; nodes and the thermal resistance between the every two nodes in the &#x3be; nodes.
