In a display driver circuit, a push-pull circuit is coupled to an internal circuit, a first external power terminal, a second external power terminal and a target node respectively, and can control the on-off of the first external power terminal, the second external power terminal and the target node in response to a target control signal transmitted by the internal circuit. The switching circuit is coupled to the target node and the I/O interface of the display driver circuit respectively, and can transmit an electric potential of the target node to the I/O interface of the display driver circuit, that is, a first power signal transmitted from the first external power terminal to the target node or a second power signal transmitted from the second external power terminal to the target node is further output to the I/O interface.

The display compensation module includes a search circuit, a compensation control circuit and a compensation circuit. The search circuit is configured to obtain compensation information corresponding to the display gray-scale value of the M-th row in the N-th frame of display data and the display gray-scale value of the M-th row in the (N−1)-th frame of display data, and when the compensation information indicates that the display gray-scale values of at least part of columns of sub-pixels in the M-th row in the display panel increase from the (N−1)-th frame to the N-th frame, apply the first control signal to the compensation control circuit; N is an integer greater than 1, M is a positive integer. The compensation control circuit is configured to: determine whether to perform a gray-scale compensation according to the display gray-scale value of the M-th row in the N-th frame of display data after receiving a first control signal. The compensation circuit is configured to compensate the display gray-scale value of the M-th row in the N-th frame of display data after receiving the compensation control signal.

Provided by the present disclosure are a method and device for adjusting brightness and an OLED display. The method includes: receiving an instruction for adjusting the brightness of the OLED display; and adjusting the light emitting control signal according to the brightness value of the OLED display which is needed to be adjusted in the instruction. The duty ratio of one pulse period in the light emitting control signal is correspondingly adjusted by one unit each time the brightness of the OLED display needs to be adjusted by one unit.
