The parallel multi-region imaging device includes a multi-focus generation module, a spatial demodulation module, and a detection module. The multi-focus generation module is configured to modulate illumination light to generate a plurality of focuses in an object-side, and to form a plurality of different illumination regions, thereby generating multiple paths of signal light through a sample to be imaged. The spatial demodulation module is configured to make spatial energy distribution of each path of signal light no longer overlap or make an overlapping region smaller than a target requirement. The detection module is configured to independently detect each path of signal light passing through the spatial demodulation module, so as to implement parallel multi-region imaging.

Parallel multi-region imaging device

A tomographic imaging method which includes the steps of activating fluorescence in a surface layer of a protein-marked or fluorescent dye-marked biological tissue sample not emitting fluorescence or only emitting specific fluorescence to acquire an activated surface of biological tissue sample; performing fluorescence excitation on the acquired surface biological tissue sample, and imaging the fluorescence to acquire a fluorescence image of the surface layer; cutting off the surface layer; exposing an inactivated new surface layer after cutting the surface layer; repeatedly performing activating, imaging and cutting off steps for the new surface layer to repeat tomographic imaging in such a manner till acquiring a two-dimensional image of each layer of the biological tissue sample; and overlapping the two-dimensional images to acquire a complete three-dimensional image of the biological tissue sample, thus acquiring three-dimensional structure information of the entire sample.

Tomographic imaging method

The light control device includes a light modulation module and a dispersion compensation module. The light modulation module is used for modulating an incident light field to obtain a target diffraction light field. The dispersion compensation module is used for performing dispersion compensation on the target diffraction light field, so that light fields having different wavelength in the target diffraction light field have the same spatial location distribution, or the light fields having different wavelength in the target diffraction light field have the same spatial angle distribution.

Light control device

A light pulse positioning apparatus with dispersion compensation includes an acousto-optical device and a dispersive element optically coupled thereto. The dispersive element is placed and oriented in relation to the acousto-optical device to spatially and temporally disperse the light pulse and thus compensate, respectively, a spatial dispersion and a temporal dispersion caused by the acousto-optical device. The acousto-optical device can include one or more acousto-optical deflectors for one-dimensional or two-dimensional laser pulse positioning. The dispersive element can be a prism placed in front of the acousto-optical device. In a two-dimensional configuration, a single prism, if properly oriented, is sufficient for dispersion compensation of both acousto-optical deflectors.
