An integrated system for anaerobic digestion of organic solid waste, including a continuous stirred-tank reactor, a micro-voltage- and conductive material-enhanced reactor, and a micro-aeration and inert solid waste separation integrated reactor. The micro-electrolysis reactor includes a plate cover, a cylindrical tank body and two column bases. The plate cover is provided with a direct-current (DC) regulated power supply to apply a micro voltage. The cylindrical tank body is provided with a carbon fiber felt and a graphite rod as electrodes, on which electroactive anaerobic bacteria are distributed. Multiple iron-carbon layers are arranged in the tank body to optimize the interspecies electron transfer.

The organic composite powder carrier is compounded by a microbial carrier with a relatively large equivalent particle size and an organic alternative carbon source in the form of ultrafine powder. The composite powder carrier in the present invention includes a dedicated organic alternative carbon source, such as polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA). The organic alternative carbon source can exclude the competitive relationship between microorganisms to ensure that denitrifying bacteria exclusively obtain electron donors required for denitrification. The composite powder carrier strengthens biological denitrification in municipal wastewater treatment, significantly improves denitrification efficiency, realizes deep biological purification of wastewater and ensures that the subject effluent complies with the strictest domestic discharge standards.

An anaerobic digestion device based on self-sustained air flotation includes an anaerobic digestion tank unit, a self-sustained air flotation screening unit and a biogas measurement and collection unit. The self-sustained air flotation screening unit includes an air flotation screening part, a material sedimentation part, a reflux part and a three-phase separation part connected sequentially from bottom to top. A digested material in the anaerobic digestion tank unit is pumped into the air flotation screening part, overflows into the material sedimentation part, and then is raised to the reflux part. Gas passing through the three-phase separation part and gas produced in the anaerobic digestion tank unit enter the biogas measurement and collection unit to be measured and collected.

A recovery system of composite powder carrier in HPB municipal wastewater treatment includes a biochemical tank and a concentration tank. The composite powder carrier is added to the biochemical tank for biochemically treating on the wastewater. The mixed liquid is then made to flow into the concentration tank. The supernatant obtained after filtration is then discharged. The concentrated sludge is returned to the biochemical tank, and the excess concentrated sludge is transported to a separator. The separator separates the substances with large specific gravity from those having smaller specific gravity, and the substances with large specific gravity are recycled to the biochemical tank for reuse. Matter having smaller specific gravity is discharged. The separator can be used to separate the composite powder carriers for recycling, which improves the utilization rate of the composite powder carriers and reduces the operation cost of the HPB technology for wastewater treatment.
