The present disclosure relates to a bezel-less touch display module and a manufacturing method thereof. The bezel-less touch display module includes: a display panel, a touch layer configured on the display panel, at least one flexible circuit board electrically connected to two sides of the touch layer, and packaging glue configured to enclose a lateral side of the touch layer and two sides of the flexible circuit board. As such, appearance of the touch display module may be improved by replacing the bezel by the packaging glue, and the demands of the appearance of the bezel-less products may be satisfied.

Bezel-less touch display module and manufacturing method thereof

A display panel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The display panel includes a flexible substrate, a thin film transistor layer disposed on a side surface of the flexible substrate, and a light emitting structure disposed on the thin film transistor layer and electrically connected to the thin film transistor layer. The thin film transistor layer has at least one metal connection region disposed on a surface of the thin film transistor layer adjacent to the flexible substrate, and a metal trace of the thin film transistor layer is electrically connected to the at least one metal connection region via a through hole. The flexible substrate has at least one opening disposed corresponding to the at least one metal connection region to expose the at least one metal connection region.

A dynamic light-mixing method of backlight module is disclosed. Through periodically reciprocating a backlight source () with single lamp package to compensate for an insufficient light region, each time a reciprocating movement is completed, the light-emitting region (LF) sweeps through all light-emitting surfaces of the backlight module () once, and the period of the reciprocating movement is smaller than the time resolution of the human eye, so that the light emitted by the backlight source () with single lamp package can achieve an uniform light-mixing effect in the reaction time of the human eye, and meets the requirements for optical uniformity of the entire backlight module ().

Dynamic light-mixing method of backlight module

The invention provides a backlight module. The backlight module has a cavity, a reflecting cover, a light source and an auxiliary light-guiding diffusion structure. The cavity comprises a reflective surface, a mounting surface connected to the reflective surface, and a light-emitting surface connecting the reflective surface and the mounting surface; the light source a light-emitting diode, the reflecting cover mounted on the mounting surface, the light source being disposed inside the reflecting cover; the auxiliary light-guiding diffusion structure disposed on the reflective surface and able to assist in diffusing the light incident to the reflective surface to improve emission uniformity of the backlight module and display quality. Another object of the invention is to provide an LCD device, using backlight module having a single LED as light source and achieving brightness uniformity, improving display quality of the LCD device, reducing production cost of LCD device and increasing product competitiveness.

The present disclosure provides a glue-injection device for locking a to-be-connected component, comprising a main part with a glue-injection tube, a cavity connected with the glue-injection tube being provided on one end surface of the main part, and a glue-injection head connected with the glue-injection tube being provided in the cavity and at a connection between the glue-injection tube and the cavity. The present disclosure further provides a method for performing the locking-up by the glue-injection device. In the glue-injection device and lock-up method, the lock-up is simple and efficient, and the connectors with different aperture diameters and directions can be locked-up, and the specification of the lock-up is uniform and the standardization is high, and the formed screw can be tightened and loosened by a wrench or screwdriver with existed standard.
