The present invention discloses a universal non-invasive blood glucose estimation method based on time series analysis, which comprises 5 steps, i.e., data input and preprocessing, features screening, establishment of single-feature model based on time series analysis, multi-feature fusion, and non-invasive blood glucose estimation. During non-invasive blood glucose estimation, new non-invasive test data is inputted, and the blood glucose estimation series is calculated using related feature information obtained through modeling, single-feature model, and multi-feature fusion model. The estimation method provided in the present invention is easy to execute, and can overcome the delay between changes of physiological parameters of human body and changes of blood glucose, and thereby can obtain more accurate non-invasive blood glucose test results. The estimation method is universal and is applicable to different non-invasive blood glucose monitoring methods.

Universal non-invasive blood glucose estimation method based on time series analysis

A multi-sensor non-invasive blood glucose monitoring instrument based on impedance spectroscopy-optical method, which belongs to a blood glucose measuring instrument for human body. The blood glucose monitoring instrument comprises a detection probe, a microprocessor, a display unit and a storage unit. The detection probe comprises a temperature and humidity sensor, an LED array, a photoelectric sensor, a pair of low-frequency electrodes, and a pair of high-frequency electrodes. The high-frequency electrode employs parallel electrodes, a matching inductor is directly soldered to the positive electrode or negative electrode of the electrode, and a shielding electrode is provided around the high-frequency electrode. The distance between the two low-frequency electrodes is 1 cm-2 m, and the low-frequency electrodes can test the low-frequency impedance of the tissue stably. The temperature and humidity sensor and the tested part of human body form an enclosed space, and slits or pores are arranged in the wall of the enclosed space to form a balanced heat and moisture storage structure. The non-invasive blood glucose monitoring instrument incorporates the impedance spectroscopy method and the optical method, and can obtain more accurate blood glucose levels with improved sensor design.

Multi-sensor non-invasive blood glucose monitoring instrument based on impedance spectroscopy-optical method

The vacuum electro-spray ion source comprises a hollow capillary, a vacuum cavity, a gas inlet pipe, a gas supply device and an adjusting device, wherein a first end of the hollow capillary is a sampling port, and a second end is used as a spray nozzle for vacuum electro-sprays and stretches into the vacuum cavity; the air pressure in the vacuum cavity is ranged from 10 to 200 Pa; one end of the gas inlet pipe stretches into the vacuum cavity, and the other end is connected with the gas supply device; and the adjusting device is configured for adjusting the gas inlet pipe to allow the gas to flow therein intermittently. The ion source may achieve electro-spray ionization in the vacuum environment, so that losses during ion transmission may be reduced to improve the signal intensity and detection limit during detection.

Vacuum electro-spray ion source and mass spectrometer

A method for tracing a distribution of moving ions in an ion mobility spectrometer is provided, including steps: first selecting a sample having light-emitting characteristics as a tracing sample; subsequently, ionizing the tracing sample by using an ionization source, and feeding ions of the tracing sample to a drift tube of the ion mobility spectrometer; using a plate to collect the ions at a cross section to be detected; and finally processing the ions collected on the plate by using an appropriate means, thereby enabling the ions to emit light, and displaying a distribution view of movement positions of the ions on the cross section. By combining a light-emitting tracing means and movements of charged ions in an ion mobility spectrometer, it is able to master a position distribution of the charged ions in the ion mobility spectrometer more intuitively and practically.

Method for tracing distribution of moving ions in ion mobility spectrometer

A system and method for determining attitude using triaxial micro electro-mechanical accelerometer-magnetometer sensors. The triaxial accelerometer-magnetometer sensors measure the triaxial components of the local gravity and magnetic field along three sensing axes of the sensors. The misalignment of the components due to nonorthogonal triaxial assembling of the sensors is estimated via performing three optical alignments and is further compensated in the sensing outputs. A micro-cube with three orthogonal coated mirrors is fixed on the circuit board of the system for implementing the optical alignments. The compensated sensing components are processed to figure out the attitude using Orientation Cosine Conversion of the local gravity and magnetic field. The computation for determining the attitude is based on the inverse tangent of the ratio of the processed components, which is more precise than the computation using the absolute values of the components.
