A server configured to accommodate two motherboards. The server includes a casing, two supporting assemblies and an upper tray. The casing includes a bottom plate and two side plates. The two side plates are connected to two opposite sides of the bottom plate. The two supporting assemblies include two fixed supporting members and two movably supporting members. The two fixed supporting members are fixed to the two side plates. The two movably supporting members are movably disposed on the two side plates. A side of the upper tray is pivoted to the two movably supporting members. Another side of the upper tray is movably disposed on the two fixed supporting members. The two motherboards are disposed on the upper tray and the bottom plate, respectively.

Server accommodating two motherboards

A server rack is configured to accommodate a network switch. The server rack includes a rack body, at least one stretchable frame, and at least one baffle. The rack body has two first strips opposite to each other. The stretchable frame includes a guiding part and an adjustable part slidably disposed on the guiding part. The guiding part and the adjustable part of the stretchable frame are respectively mounted on the two first strips. The baffle is connected to the guiding part. The baffle is located between the two first strips, and the baffle is configured to be located at a side of the network switch to guide an airflow to the network switch.

Server rack

A server includes a casing, a frame, at least one movable carrier and at least one M.2 expansion card. The casing has a through hole. The frame has an opening and an accommodation space connected to the opening. The frame is fixed in the casing and the opening corresponds to the through hole, so that the accommodation space is exposed to exterior via the through hole. The at least one movable carrier is removably disposed in the accommodation space, and the at least one M.2 expansion card is disposed on the movable carrier.

M.2 interface module and server including the same

An electronic assembly including motherboard, first slide rail, second slide rail, expansion card and engagement component. Motherboard includes main circuit board and first connector. First and second slide rails are fixed on main circuit board. First slide rail has first engagement hole. Expansion card includes expansion circuit board and second connector. Expansion circuit board is disposed on first and second slide rails and has first positioning recess. Second connector is plugged into first connector. Engagement component includes connecting portion, first movable end portion, second movable end portion, first protruding portion, and second protruding portion. First and second movable end portions are respectively connected to two opposite sides of connecting portion. First protruding portion protrudes from first movable end portion and is removably engaged with first positioning recess. Second protruding portion protrudes from second movable end portion and is removably engaged with first engagement hole.

Electronic assembly having engagement component for fixing expansion card on motherboard

A mounting frame configured to install disk drive to cage and including frame body, engagement protrusion, fourth plate, first mounting pillar, and second mounting pillar. Frame body includes first to third plates. Engagement protrusion protrudes from third plate. Fourth plate is pivotally connected to a side of the second plate located away from first plate. Fourth plate includes latch hole. Engagement protrusion is removably inserted into latch hole. First to fourth plates together form accommodation space and two openings connected thereto. Accommodation space is configured to accommodate disk drive. First mounting pillar is fixed on first plate and located between first and fourth plates. First mounting pillar is inserted in first mounting hole of disk drive. Second mounting pillar is fixed on fourth plate and located between first and fourth plates. Second mounting pillar is inserted in second mounting hole of disk drive.

Mounting frame for disk drive

A server cabinet assembly includes a tray, a carrier, and an angle adjustment mechanism. The carrier is pivotably disposed on the tray about a pivot axis, and the carrier is configured to accommodate a data storage device. The angle adjustment mechanism includes a positioning component, a handle, and a latch. The positioning component is disposed on the tray. The positioning component has a plurality of first positioning portions. The handle is disposed on the carrier. The latch is movably disposed on the carrier and located between the positioning component and the handle. The latch includes an operation portion and a second positioning portion connected to each other. The operation portion is movable toward the handle to move the second positioning portion away from the positioning component or is movable away from the handle to make the second positioning portion engage with one of the plurality of first positioning portions.

Server cabinet assembly

The present disclosure provides an installation device and a server including the installation device. The installation device includes: a bottom bracket for supporting a hard disk drive; a first positioning bracket detachably arranged on a first side of the bottom bracket; and a second positioning bracket fixedly arranged on a second side opposite to the first side of the bottom bracket; the first positioning bracket and the second positioning bracket are configured to fix the hard disk drive. Compared with the traditional design, four screws are omitted in the present disclosure to avoid manual locking operation in the production line and operation and maintenance of the hard disk drive module, which meets the requirements of easy installation and cost-saving design. And by adding an adapter bracket, it can be converted to a 2.5-inch hard drive bracket, which has strong compatibility.

Installation device and server including installation device

A server chassis, configured to detachably fasten a PCB, includes a case, an expansion frame, and a fastening assembly. The fastening assembly includes a slidable component, a guiding component disposed through the slidable component and fixed to the case, a movable pin movably disposed through the slidable component, and a fastening pin fixed to the slidable component. When the slidable component is at a fastening position, the movable pin is movable between inserted and extracted positions. When the movable pin is at the inserted position, the movable pin is disposed through the slidable component and the case, such that the slidable component is positioned at the fastening position, and the fastening pin is disposed through the PCB and the expansion frame. When the movable pin is at the extracted position, the movable pin is disengaged from the case, such that the slidable component is slidable to a releasing position.

Server chassis and fastening assembly thereof

A fan module frame is configured to fix a fan module in a chassis. The fan module frame includes a first frame component, a second frame component and two latches. The first frame component connects a server fan unit to the second frame component by an elastic fastener. The second frame component has a plurality of chambers, and each of the chambers is configured for the server fan unit to be placed therein. The latches are disposed on two opposite sides of the second frame component and connected to the second frame component. The second frame component fixes the fan module in the chassis through the latches. As such, the fan module is detachably fixed in the chassis and can be removed from the chassis without additional tools, and the fan module frame is compatible with various servers and models, thereby saving design costs and saving space.

Fan module frame

The disclosure provides a support assembly including a tray, a hard disk drive chassis and two engagement components. The hard disk drive chassis is placed on the tray. The hard disk drive chassis includes a bottom part, a first and a second side part. The first and the second side part are connected to two opposite sides of the bottom part and located close to two vertical walls of the tray. The hard disk drive chassis can accommodate a hard disk drive. The elastic engagement components are respectively disposed on the first and the second side part. The hard disk drive chassis is movable between an engaged position and a released position. When the hard disk drive chassis is moved from the released position to the engaged position, the elastic engagement components are respectively pressed by the vertical walls so as to engage with the hard disk drive.

Support assembly

The invention provides server including a casing. The casing has back panel area. The back panel area is located at air outlet of the server. Package substrate, up HDD back panel and down HDD back panel are horizontally disposed on the back panel area. Motherboard of the server is communicatively connected to the package substrate via first connector. The package substrate is communicatively connected to the up HDD back panel via second connector. The up HDD back panel is communicatively connected to the down HDD back panel via third connector. The server of the invention has high dense storage devices, very high space utilization, and innovative heat dissipation channels design. The server has high configuration flexibility and expansibility, can be operated in a simple manner, and can support apparatus that are power-consuming and operating in standby mode.

Server

The disclosure provides a hard disk drive chassis including a main body, fasteners and an engagement component. The main body is configured to be installed on a tray. The main body has two support surfaces and fixing structures. The two support surfaces face a same direction and are configured to support a hard disk drive, and the fixing structures are respectively disposed on the two support surfaces. The fasteners are respectively configured to be disposed through the fixing structures so as to be fixed to the hard disk drive. The engagement component is pivotably disposed on the main body and pivotable between an engaged position and a released position. When the engagement component is in the engaged position, the engagement component is configured to be engaged with the tray. When the engagement component is in the released position, the engagement component is configured to be disengaged from the tray.

Hard disk drive chassis and hard disk drive chassis assembly

The disclosure provides a hard disk drive tray including a tray body, an engagement component, a first elastic component and a switch. The engagement component includes a pivot part, a first arm part, a second arm part and a hook part connected to each other. The pivot part is pivotably disposed on the tray body. The first elastic component is disposed on the engagement component and can force the engagement component to pivot. The switch is movably disposed on the tray body. When the switch is in an engaged position, the switch and the second arm part are engaged with each other, and the hook part is engaged with a casing. When the switch is in a released position, the switch is disengaged from the second arm part, and the first elastic component pivots the engagement component so as to disengage the hook part from the casing.
