A vapor generation device and a susceptor thereof are disclosed. The susceptor is in a blade shape extending in an axial direction of a cavity, and includes: a first part having a first size in a thickness direction, and a second part having a second size in the thickness direction, the second size being greater than the first size. An accommodation cavity extending in the axial direction is further arranged in the second part, and the accommodation cavity is configured to accommodate or encapsulate a temperature sensor that senses a temperature of the susceptor. The vapor generation device and the susceptor of this application encapsulates or accommodates the temperature sensor in the susceptor. Hence, a sensing part may be basically insulated from the impact of the magnetic field, and the susceptor and the temperature sensor may be integrated to increase stability of mounting and accuracy of temperature detecting.

Vapor generation device and susceptor

An optical film and an optical imaging system are provided. The optical film includes a first lens layer, a first deflection layer, a reflection layer, a second deflection layer, and a second lens layer. The second lens layer is attached to a windshield. The reflection layer is configured to reflect an image light beam to form a first reflected light beam and the first lens layer and the first deflection layer are configured to amplify and/or deflect the first reflected light beam, to guide the first reflected light beam to a field-of-view direction. The second lens layer and the second deflection layer are configured to amplify and/or deflect a second reflected light beam, to guide the second reflected light beam to a first direction. The second reflected light beam is formed by that the windshield reflects the image light beam. The field-of-view direction is different from the first direction.

Optical film and optical imaging system

A projection screen, with a design in which the apexes of multiple triangular pyramidal units of the projection screen in an array arrangement change gradually according to a predetermined relation, an image light shone from a projector is reflected by a microstructure layer having the triangular pyramidal units and then converged in a range centered around the human eyes, so as to reduce the degree of difference in brightness at different viewing positions, thus ensuring that the projection screen is provided with excellent uniformity and high gain.

Projection screen

A head-up display screen, a head-up display assembly, and a vehicle are provided. The head-up display screen is attached to an inner side of an attachment surface of a windshield and configured to reflect image light emitted towards the windshield. The head-up display screen includes a functional layer, a reflective layer, and a protective layer that are sequentially arranged in a direction from the windshield to a driving position. The functional layer includes prism microstructures protruding from the inner side of the attachment surface of the windshield. The reflective layer is at least attached to lower inclined surfaces of the prism microstructures and is configured to reflect the image light towards the driving position. The protective layer covers the reflective layer and the functional layer.

Head-up display screen, head-up display assembly, and vehicle

The present application provides a projection screen and a projection system. The projection screen includes an optical structure layer and a reflective layer, where the optical structure layer includes a plurality of microstructure units; each of the plurality of microstructure units include a first sidewall and second sidewalls; the reflective layer covers at least part of the first sidewall to form a first working surface, and the reflective layer covers at least part of the second sidewalls to form second working surfaces, respectively; the first working surface deflects an input image beam, and at least part of the input image beam is transmitted to viewer's field and the second working surfaces; and the second working surfaces deflect an input image beam came from the first working surface, and the input image beam came from the first working surface is transmitted to the viewer's field. The present application improves the brightness evenness of the projection screen.

Projection screen and projection system

A light-shielding frame and an LED display device are provided and respectively has excellent light-shielding performance and optical display performance. The light-shielding frame includes a retaining wall and hollow grids; the retaining wall includes first and second retaining walls connected in a stacked manner along a light-emitting direction of the grids, and each grid includes first and second grid portions. The thickness of the first retaining wall decreases from one end thereof close to the second retaining wall to the other end thereof distant from the second retaining wall to form a first draft angle; the thickness of the second retaining wall decreases from one end thereof close to the first retaining wall to the other end thereof distant from the first retaining wall to form a second draft angle; the first retaining wall has the same thickness as the second retaining wall in the connection position thereof.

A light source system and a projection apparatus are provided. The light source system includes a first light source, a second light source including a second blue laser light source, a wavelength conversion element configured to convert second blue laser light into excited light, and a controller. The first light source includes a first blue laser light source configured to emit first blue laser light, a red laser light source configured to emit red laser light, and a green laser light source configured to emit green laser light. The controller controls the first and second blue laser light sources, the red laser light source, and the green laser light source to combine the first blue laser light, the red laser light, and the green laser light to form light source light, or to combine the first blue laser light and the excited light to form the light source light.

Light source system and projection apparatus

Provided is a projection screen, the taper angles of a plurality of triangular pyramid units arranged in an array are designed to gradually change according to a predetermined relationship, so that the image light emitted from the projector is reflected by a microstructure layer with a triangular pyramid unit and then converges to a range centered on the human eye, which reduces the difference in brightness at different viewing positions, so as to ensure that the projection screen has high brightness uniformity and high gain.

The present disclosure provides a projection apparatus. The projection apparatus includes: a light supply device, including an LED lamp and a collimator fly-eye lens, wherein lamp bodies of the LED lamp are arrayed and the LED lamp is capable of simultaneously emitting red, green, and blue light rays, and the collimator fly-eye lens is capable of collimating the light ray emitted by each of the lamp bodies; an optical path conversion device, configured to convert a direction of the light rays emitted by the light supply device; a DMD device, configured to process the light rays from the optical path conversion device and feed the processed light rays to the optical path conversion device; and a projection lens device; wherein the light rays transmitted by the optical path conversion device to the projection lens device to achieve image projection.
