An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a linear vibration motor including a base with an accommodation space a vibrating unit, an elastic part suspending the vibrating unit, and a coil assembly fixed to the base. The vibrating unit includes a weight block with a through hole, a pole plate accommodated in the through hole, and at least one magnet fixed at the pole plate. The pole plate includes first side walls and second side walls. The at least one magnet is fixed to the first side wall, and a thickness of the second side wall is greater than a thickness of the first side wall. The linear vibration motor partially enlarges the pole plate so as to improve the magnetic field intensity, and then the magnetic flux is increased correspondingly so as to make the vibrating performance of the linear vibration motor better.

Linear vibration motor

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, which includes a shell with a receiving space and a vibrator and a stator both housed in the shell body. One of the vibrator and the stator includes a solenoid, the other of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit structure having a magnetic conductive frame and four magnets surrounding the magnetic conductive frame. By virtue of the configuration of the invention, the magnetic field strength can be significantly enhanced. The magnetic conductive frame can not only be used for magnetic guiding and fixing the magnets, but also can be used for fixing the weight to simplify the assembly structure and improve the reliability. Further, the response speed of the linear vibration motor is fast, the acceleration is great and the frequency band is wide.

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor including a housing with a receiving space, a vibration unit placed in the receiving space, an elastic part suspending the vibration unit in the receiving space and a coil assembly fixed on the housing and driving the vibration of the vibration unit. The vibration unit includes a weight in which a pole plate is disposed for positioning a magnet. The pole plate includes a body part and a positioning protrusion extending from the body part. The magnet includes a positioning hole corresponding to the positioning protrusion. Compared with the related technology, the linear vibration motor of the invention has the advantages of simpler assembly, higher assembly precision and higher vibration reliability.

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, which includes a base, a vibration unit, an elastic part and a coil assembly. The vibration unit has a weight, a pole plate and a magnet. The coil assembly includes an iron core and a coil fixed to the iron core. Further, the iron core includes an iron core body for being wound by the coil, and an iron core extension part extended and fixed from the opposite ends of the iron core body. The iron core extension part of the base includes a connecting part connected to the iron core body and a fixing part bent and extended by the connecting part and fixed to the base. A thickness of the connecting part is greater than a thickness of the fixing part. Compared with the related technology, the linear vibration motor has improved vibration performance.

The present disclosure provides a linear vibration motor. The linear vibration motor comprises a shell having a housing space, a vibration unit housed in the housing space, an elastic member suspending the vibration unit in the housing space, and a driving unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate. The vibration unit comprises a housing portion recessed inwardly on two sides perpendicular to the vibration direction. The housing portion includes respective inner walls constituting the housing portion. The linear vibration motor further includes a blocking piece housing in the housing portion and fixedly connected to the inner wall, and a foamed cotton fixedly connected to the blocking piece and at least partially received in the housing portion, the blocking piece carrying and supporting the foamed cotton, and the blocking piece cooperating with the foamed cotton to limit the displacement of the vibration unit in the vibration direction.

A linear vibration motor includes a housing with a first accommodation space, a vibration unit, an elastic part and a coil assembly fixed on the housing. The vibrating unit includes a support connected with the elastic part, and includes a top wall perpendicularly to a vibrating direction of the vibrating unit, a side wall bending and extending from a periphery of the top wall, a through hole penetrating the top wall, and two separation walls respectively bending and extending from the two opposite sides of the through hole. The top wall and the side wall enclose to form a second accommodation space which is divided by the two separation walls into a main accommodation space and two auxiliary accommodation spaces. The linear vibration motor further includes at least one weight block accommodated and fixed in the auxiliary accommodation spaces, and at least one magnet respectively fixed to the support.

The invention provides a vibration motor includes a housing, a vibrator in the housing, a stator accommodated in the housing, and a number of elastic parts suspending the vibrator in the housing. One of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit system, and the other includes a coil. The elastic part is in an H shape, each has a first fixation part fixedly connected with the magnetic circuit system, and two second fixation parts perpendicularly extending from two opposite ends of the first fixation part. In addition, an interval is formed between the two second fixation parts. The second fixation parts and the first fixation part are fixedly connected with the housing. Therefore, the amount of parts of the vibration motor is reduced, the structure of the elastic part is simple, the machining and forming are simplified, and the cost is lower.

The present disclosure provides a linear vibration motor, including a base having a receiving space, a vibration unit located in the receiving space, an elastic member fixed to the base and suspending the vibration unit in the receiving space, and a coil fixed to the base and opposite to and spaced away from the vibration unit. The vibration unit includes a magnet, the magnet is opposite to and spaced away from the coil, the coil includes a first coil for connecting an electric signal and a second coil insulated from the first coil, and both ends of the second coil are connected to each other to form a closed loop. Compared with the related art, the linear vibration motor in the present disclosure has high reliability.
