A backlight module includes a rear housing, a light guide plate and a light source. The rear housing includes a bottom wall and a side wall that are connected to each other; the bottom wall and the side wall enclose an accommodation cavity. The light guide plate is located in the accommodation cavity. The light source is located in the accommodation cavity and located between the side wall and a side surface of the light guide plate. The light source includes a circuit board and a plurality of light-emitting devices that are mounted on the circuit board. A surface of the circuit board away from the plurality of light-emitting devices faces the side wall, and light-emitting surfaces of the plurality of light-emitting devices face the side surface of the light guide plate.

Backlight module and display apparatus

A display panel includes: a base, light-emitting devices, auxiliary light-emitting devices and a texture identification layer disposed above the base. The light-emitting devices are configured to emit light for display. Each auxiliary light-emitting device has a same light-emitting direction as the light-emitting devices and is configured to emit light in response to receiving a control signal during the display panel being in a screen-off state. The texture identification layer is configured to receive reflected light that is reflected to the texture identification layer in light emitted by the auxiliary light-emitting devices to an outside of the display apparatus, so as to perform texture identification.

A backlight module suitable for thermal coupling with a display panel includes a light guide plate which has a light incident surface and a light exiting surface, a light source configured such that light emitted therefrom enters the light guide plate from the light incident surface and exits the light guide plate from the light exiting surface to irradiate onto the display panel, a heat sink configured to partially accommodate the light guide plate and the light source, and a heat conducting device disposed between the heat sink and the display panel to conduct heat generated from the display panel to the heat sink. The backlight module can quickly dissipate heat generated from a heat concentrated area of the display panel to the outside.

A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are disclosed. The display panel is divided into a display area and a non-display area, and the display panel includes: a display substrate; an upper substrate which is arranged on the display side of the display substrate and cell-assembled with the display substrate; and an adhesive layer which is arranged between the upper substrate and the display substrate, and the display panel further includes a thin film layer which is arranged on the side of the upper substrate away from the display substrate, a region of which corresponding to the non-display area is an opaque area, and a region of which corresponding to the display area is a transparent area. Thus, the structure is simplified, the manufacturing method of the display panel is simplified without side curing, and the cost is also reduced.

A touch panel and a touch display device are disclosed. The touch panel includes a base substrate and a touch electrode layer and a transparent thin film photovoltaic cell disposed on the base substrate. The touch electrode layer and the transparent thin film photovoltaic cell are superimposed to each other and disposed on the same side of the base substrate, and a transparent insulating layer is disposed between the touch electrode layer and the transparent thin film photovoltaic cell; or the touch electrode layer and the transparent thin film photovoltaic cell are respectively disposed on either side of the base substrate; and the transparent thin film photovoltaic cell includes an n-doped graphene layer and a p-doped graphene layer. The transparent thin film photovoltaic cell disposed in the touch panel can charge an electronic product so that the service time of the touch panel can be prolonged.
