A casting control method and apparatus are provided. The casting control method and apparatus are applied to the field of video processing technologies. The method is applied to a first electronic device. The first electronic device includes a GPU and an HWC. When the first electronic device is in a casting state, the to-be-synthesized layer can be separately sent to the GPU and the HWC if the video security layer is not included. The first electronic device synthesizes the to-be-synthesized layer in parallel by using the GPU and the HWC.

Casting control method and apparatus

In an example method, a first device establishes a connection for multi-screen collaboration to a second device. The first device turns off a screen in response to a first event. The first device draws screen content based on a first software signal in response to a second event, to obtain a screen content drawing result. Then, the first device synthesizes the screen content drawing result based on a second software signal, to obtain a screen content synthesis result. The first software signal and the second software signal are software synchronization signals that are generated by a same software signal source in the first device and that have a same cycle. Finally, the first device sends the screen content synthesis result to the second device.

Display method and electronic device

This application relates to an accessory device used for at least one first device. The accessory device includes: a transceiver unit, configured to: communicate with the at least one first device, and obtain device information of the at least one first device; and a control unit, configured to: write the device information of the at least one first device obtained by the transceiver unit into a near field communication storage medium; and when an NFC connection is established between the accessory device and a second device, control the transceiver unit to send the device information of the first device to the second device. In this application, the NFC storage medium in the accessory device is readable and writable. The accessory device communicates with different first devices according to user requirements, and obtains device information of the different first devices.

Accessory device, host device, and data transmission method

An example method includes displaying a first interface image. The first interface image is encoded to obtain encoded data of the first interface image. Encoded information of the first interface image is sent to the second electronic device. An iframe of interface image is displayed in response to an update operation on the first interface image. N difference regions in the iframe of interface image compared with an (i−1)frame of interface image are obtained. If an area proportion of the N difference regions in the iframe of interface image is less than a preset value, image content of the N difference regions is encoded to obtain first encoded data. First encoded information is sent to the second electronic device, where the first encoded information includes the first encoded data and location information of the N difference regions in the iframe of interface image.
