A shading device includes a shading curtain and a drawing device. The shading curtain includes a first and second shading layer that have at least two types of light transmission areas with different light transmission properties. The drawing device includes a first and second drawing member. The first drawing member is connected with the first shading layer and is configured to draw the first shading layer. The second drawing member is connected with the second shading layer and is configured to draw the second shading layer. The first and second drawing members are movable relative to each other between a first relative position and a second relative position. The first and the second shading layers parallelly move relative to each other. In the first relative position, the shading curtain has a first light transmission property, and in the second relative position, the shading curtain has a second light transmission property.

The array substrate includes a metal pattern and an electrically conductive pattern sequentially formed on a base substrate, the electrically conductive pattern being insulated from the metal pattern. The array substrate further includes a static charge releasing pattern formed in a same layer and made of a same material as the electrically conductive pattern, and which is insulated from the electrically conductive pattern. The metal pattern is a signal line running through a display area of the array substrate, and includes an input end, an output end, and a body portion between the input end and the output end. The output end of the signal line includes an island-like structure, and a width of the island-like structure is greater than that of the body portion. The static charge releasing pattern is electrically connected with the island-like structure.

The gate metal pattern includes a signal line and a gate electrode, the signal line is in the peripheral area, the gate insulating layer is provided with a first via hole penetrating the gate insulating layer, the orthogonal projection of the first via hole on the base substrate and the orthogonal projection of the signal line on the base substrate have an overlapping area, the source-drain metal pattern includes a source-drain electrode wire, and the source-drain electrode wire is electrically connected to the signal line through the first via hole. The method includes: disposing, on a substrate, a plurality of thin film transistors arranged in an array; depositing a first transparent electrode layer on the substrate and processing the first transparent electrode layer by using a first pattern process, so as to form a plurality of first electrodes connected with drains of the film transistors, and a connecting electrode connecting adjacent ones of the first electrodes; disposing a functional structure on a side of the first transparent electrode layer that is away from the substrate; and processing the connecting electrode by using a second pattern process and disconnecting the connecting electrode, so as to form a convex connection on an edge of the first electrode.

The touch display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The first substrate includes a first base, a touch electrode layer and a color filter layer. The touch electrode layer is arranged at any side of the first base, and the first base is divided into an electrode region and a wiring region. A light transmittance of the color filter layer and a light transmittance of the touch electrode layer are capable of compensating for each other, so that a difference between a light transmittance of the first substrate at the electrode region and a light transmittance of the first substrate at the wiring region is smaller than a threshold.
