Disclosed is a multi-layer rolled composite board, comprising a transition layer provided between two adjacent composite layers, wherein the transition layer is an anisotropic steel sheet. Also disclosed is a manufacturing method for the multi-layer rolled composite board. The multi-layer rolled composite board of the present invention can be greatly transformed according to different compositions and processes so as to achieve different strength grades ranging from 150 MPa to 1700 MPa, thereby providing the basis for different specific mechanical properties for the whole steel sheet.

High-yield-ratio cold-rolled dual-phase steel and manufacturing method therefor

A cold-rolled annealed dual-phase steel is provided, having a microstructure of ferrite and martensite, and comprising the following chemical elements in mass percentage: 0.08% to 0.1% of C, 1.95% to 2.2% of Mn, 0.1% to 0.6% of Si, 0.020% to 0.050% of Nb, 0.020% to 0.050% of Ti, 0.015% to 0.045% of Als, 0.40% to 0.60% of Cr, 0.2% to 0.4% of Mo, 0.001% to 0.005% of Ca, and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities. A method for manufacturing the cold-rolled annealed dual-phase steel is also provided, comprising the steps of: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling; (3) cold rolling; (4) annealing; and (5) temper rolling.

Cold-rolled annealed dual-phase steel, steel plate, and manufacturing method therefor

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cold-rolled or zinc-plated dual-phase steel plate over 980 MPa. After being subjected to hot rolling, coiling, bundling, and online heat preservation, a slab is directly sent to a cold rolling and continuous annealing process, or a cold rolling, continuous annealing, and zinc plating process, so as to obtain a cold-rolled or zinc-plated dual-phase steel plate, wherein the coiling temperature is controlled to be over 450° C. The online thermal preservation means that after uncoiling of each hot-rolled coil, an independent and airtight thermal preservation cover is closed, and the hot-rolled coil with the closed thermal preservation cover is transferred to coil rolling by means of a steel coil conveying chain or a traveling car; the thermal preservation temperature for the hot-rolled coil in the thermal preservation cover is over 450° C., and the thermal preservation duration is less than 20 hours. According to the present disclosure, by means of the design of a thermal preservation process with or without a heat source after hot rolling and coiling, the manufacturing problems such as edge cracks and sharp fluctuation in thickness after cold rolling are solved, and good cold rolling manufacturability is achieved.

Method for manufacturing cold-rolled or zinc-plated dual-phase steel plate over 980 MPa

The invention discloses a 780 MPa cold-rolled dual-phase strip steel having a microstructure of fine equiaxed ferrite matrix and martensite islands distributed homogeneously on the ferrite matrix, and comprising the following chemical elements in mass percentage: C: 0.06-0.1%; Si&#x2264;0.28%; Mn: 1.8-2.3%; Cr: 0.1-0.4%; Mo: not added when Cr&#x2265;0.3%; Mo=0.3&#x2014;Cr when Cr&#x3c;0.3%; Al: 0.015-0.05%; at least one of Nb and Ti elements, wherein Nb+Ti is in the range of 0.02-0.05%; and the balance amounts of Fe and other unavoidable impurities. Correspondingly, the invention also discloses a method for manufacturing the 780 MPa cold-rolled dual-phase strip steel. The 780 MPa cold-rolled dual-phase strip steel has high strength, superior elongation, good phosphating property and small anisotropy in mechanical properties.

780MPa cold-rolled duel-phase strip steel and method for manufacturing the same

A low-cost and high-formability 1180 MPa grade cold-rolled annealed dual-phase steel plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The dual-phase steel plate has the following chemical composition by mass percentages: C: 0.1%-0.125%, Si: 0.4%-0.8%, Mn: 2.6%-2.9%, Al: 0.01%-0.05%, Nb: 0.01%-0.03%, and Ti: 0.01%-0.03%, the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. By reasonable design of alloy elements and manufacturing processes, the dual-phase steel plate of the invention achieves a strength of 1180 MPa grade at a low cost, obtains a fine and uniform martensite-ferrite dual-phase structure that ensures excellent elongation rate and cold bending performance, and has good formability. The dual-phase steel plate has a yield strength of more than 850 MPa, a tensile strength of more than 1180 MPa, an elongation rate of 8% or more, and a parameter (R/t), characterizing the 90-degree cold bending performance, of 2.5 or less.
