A loudspeaker and an earphone are disclosed. The loudspeaker comprises: a housing; and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are accommodated in the housing. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm, a centering support piece and a vibrating voice coil. The centering support piece comprises a mounting part correspondingly connected with the central part of the diaphragm. The magnetic circuit system comprises a magneto-conduct yoke, a central magnetic circuit part and a side magnetic circuit part, and a coupling magnetic circuit part located above the central magnetic circuit part, and a magnetic gap accommodating the vibrating voice coil is formed between the central magnetic circuit part and the side magnetic circuit part. When the coupling voice coil is energized, upward and downward forces are generated by magnetic field coupling of the coupling voice coil and the coupling magnetic circuit part. The loudspeaker has good sound effect.

Each of the first soldering portions is deposited on a planar portion of the silica gel diaphragm, and is used for soldering a winding tap of a voice coil on an inner side of the voice coil. Each of the second soldering portions is deposited on a fixing portion of the silica gel diaphragm, and is used for soldering a bonding pad on a housing. Middle portions connecting the first soldering portions and the second soldering portions are deposited in the diaphragm to form an electrically conductive path.

The present disclosure discloses a silica gel vibrating diaphragm and a method for fabricating the same. The method comprises: forming a composite material belt by using two layers of a base material and liquid silica gel in a calendering manner, wherein the liquid silica gel is between the two layers of the base material; wholly hot-press molding the composite material belt by a vibrating diaphragm die holder, a temperature of the hot-press molding being higher than a vulcanization temperature of the liquid silica gel; removing the two layers of the base material to obtain a whole sheet of silica gel vibrating diaphragm; and blanking the whole sheet of silica gel vibrating diaphragm that has been removed of the two layers of the base material to fabricate a required silica gel vibrating diaphragm. As compared with conventional solutions, the technical solution of the present disclosure has the advantages of simple molding manner, low cost, various styles of the vibrating diaphragm, and small thickness of the vibrating diaphragm.

The present invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. Disclosed is a miniature speaker. The miniature speaker comprises an upper housing and a lower housing combined together. A vibration system and a magnetic circuit system are accommodated in the space defined by the upper housing and the lower housing. The upper housing is disposed close to the vibration system. The miniature speaker also comprises a hearing-aid voice coil. The hearing-aid voice coil is fixed to the upper housing and is located at the inner side of the upper housing. The miniature speaker of the present invention solves the problem of poor acoustics caused by collision of a lead wire of a vibrating voice coil with a hearing-aid voice coil of a miniature speaker in the prior art, and the miniature speaker of the present invention has good acoustic performance and a better hearing-aid effect.

Disclosed is a sounder module, which comprises a housing for accommodating a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The housing is provided with a sound hole which is formed to deviate from the center position of the vibration system and is higher than the surface of the housing. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm. A dome is provided at one side of the vibrating diaphragm closer to the sound hole. A pressure regulating part is arranged on the dome. The pressure regulating part is higher than other positions of the dome and projects towards the sound hole. The sounder module in the present invention is capable of balancing asymmetrical sound field distribution of the front acoustic cavity, and locally increasing the sound pressure distribution on the surface of the vibrating diaphragm to balance it with other parts, effectively decreasing system polarization, and reducing harmonic distortion.
