A stacking system is disclosed and includes a circuit board, an integrated circuit, a voltage regulation module and a heat dissipation module. The integrated circuit and the voltage regulation module are opposite disposed on a first side and a second side of the circuit board. The heat dissipation module includes a first heat dissipation component and a second heat dissipation component located at a top surface of the integrated circuit and the bottom surface of the voltage regulation module. The second heat dissipation component includes a base and an extended arm. The base is in thermal contact with bottom surface of the voltage regulation module. The extended arm is extended from the base to the first heat dissipation component and in thermal contact with the first heat dissipation component.

Stacking system

A power module includes a printed circuit board, a magnetic element, a secondary side switching circuit and at least two groups of external terminals. The magnetic element is disposed on the printed circuit board. The magnetic element includes at least one primary winding and plural secondary windings. The secondary side switching circuit includes a plurality of secondary switching units. Each secondary switching unit includes a plurality of switches connected in parallel. The switches of each secondary switching unit are evenly distributed on a first surface and a second surface of the printed circuit board. The switches of the secondary switching unit on the first surface and the second surface of the printed circuit board are at least partially overlapped with each other. The at least two groups of external terminals are disposed on the second surface of the printed circuit board, and electrically connected with the secondary side switching circuit.

Power module

A magnetic element includes at least one primary winding, at least one secondary winding, a magnetic core, and an auxiliary winding. A winding segment or an entire of the primary winding or a winding segment or an entire of the secondary winding is defined as a parallel-connected winding set. The magnetic core includes a plurality of winding legs, two lateral legs, and two connection parts. The at least one primary winding and the at least one secondary winding are wound around each winding leg. The directions of magnetic fluxes through every two adjacent winding legs are opposite. The auxiliary winding is wound on one of two lateral legs, and electrically connected with the parallel-connected winding set. A direction of a magnetic flux generated by the auxiliary winding is opposite to a direction of the magnetic flux through the adjacent winding leg.
