A bearing cage assembly comprises multi-group rollers (), each group has multiple rollers, and each roller is a barrel roller, multiple rollers are stacked together to form a group of rollers, and the end surfaces of each two adjacent rollers contact with each other. Multiple groups of pockets () are formed in the cage, and each group of pockets has multiple pockets. The pockets in any group are distributed along the circumference direction of the said cage, and a group of rollers is disposed in each pocket. Multi-group rollers can roll in circumferential direction of the cage. During the rolling process, a great number of contact points are distributed on the raceways, thus the load capacity of the bearing is improved, the friction resistance is low, suitable for the fields where high speed operation is necessary. A planar thrust bearing, a radial bearing and a conical radial-thrust bearing are provided.

A nutation reducer includes: a case, two pairs of nutation gear pairs, each pair being disposed in the case and composed of a nutation gear and non-nutation gear in engagement, and the non-nutation gear being fixed in the case or integrated formed in the case; an output shaft, rotationally disposed in the case; two annular spring films, each nutation gear of the gear pair is connected to the output shaft through one annular spring film; a nutation generating mechanism disposed in the case, two nutation gear pairs being respectively disposed on both sides of the nutation generating mechanism. Power-split arrangement is applied in this application, symmetric layout of the nutation gear pairs is adopted. In this way, the working efficiency of the reducer is obviously improved, meanwhile the volume and weight of the reducer, and the heat generated in working process are reduced, and power density is improved.

A planar high-density ball bearing comprises a cage and balls; the cage is provided with multiple groups of ball holes for arranging the balls; the ball holes in each group are distributed in the circumferential direction of the cage in an ellipse; the centers of the ellipses in each of which a group of ball holes is distributed coincide with each other, the major axes of the ellipses lie in a common line. The ball holes in adjacent groups are arranged to be staggered in relative to each other in the circumferential direction of the cage, and the balls in the same group of the ball holes are distributed in an ellipse. A method for manufacturing the planar high-density ball bearing, nutation reducer are provided.

A transverse cycloid-pin gear pair includes a cycloidal gear with a cycloidal tooth flank and a pin gear with a pin tooth flank, the pin gear meshing with the cycloidal gear in a nutation transmission manner. A nutation deceleration device comprises a shell, a transverse cycloidal-pin gear pair, an input mechanism, an output mechanism, and a torque transfer component.

Transverse cycloidal-pin gear pair and nutation deceleration device

A gear pair and nutation reducer are provided. The gear pair is formed by a pin gear and a non-instantaneous-pole enveloping gear in meshing engagement with each other, the effective tooth surface of the pin gear being constructed of an elliptical cone segment that is outwardly convex, and the distance between the highest and lowest points on the elliptical cone segment in the same cross-section gradually decreases inwardly along the generatrix of the reference cone of the pin gear.

This disclosure relates to a gear pair for power transmission in a speed increaser or reducer and its tooth profile forming method. The tooth profiles of driving gear and driven gear are separately designed from reference points. The upper tooth profiles are composed of conjugate curves, while the lower tooth profiles are composed of smooth convex analytic curves. The reference point of the driven gear is located adjacent the middle of the working depth. The reference point on the tooth profile of the driving gear and the reference point on the driven gear tooth flank are a pair of conjugate points.

Each pinion has an odd number of groups of teeth, and the group number in side gears is a multiple of the number of pinions. The differential is particularly suitable for off-road vehicles, tippers and wheeled civil engineering machinery.
