Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a liquid crystal display and a driving method thereof. In the liquid crystal display, orthographic projections of each of the light shielding structures and a corresponding light source on the lower substrate overlap. Light emitted from each of the light sources is incident into the liquid crystal layer in a collimated manner, and the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to form an electric field in response to voltages applied to the first electrode and the second electrode, so that liquid crystal molecules within an area of the electric field are deflected to form a convex lens structure.

Liquid crystal display and driving method thereof

The present disclosure provides a three-dimensional display panel, a display method thereof, and a display device. The three-dimensional display panel includes: a first display panel, a second display panel, and a microlens array stacked sequentially; the first display panel and the second display panel have a same light exit direction, and the microlens array is located in the light exit direction; a distance between the first display panel and the microlens array is greater than a focal length of the microlens array; a distance between the second display panel and the microlens array is less than the focal length of the microlens array; and the second display panel is a transmissive display panel.

Three-dimensional display panel, display method thereof, and display device

An optical assembly, a display device and a method for driving the same are provided. The optical assembly includes two substrates disposed opposite to each other, and electrodes are disposed on the two substrates respectively. Voltages are applied to the electrodes to form a transverse electric field being configured for driving liquid crystal molecules proximal to the substrates to deflect, so that liquid crystal proximal to the two substrates both form liquid crystal lenses, thereby forming a double-layer liquid crystal lens structure. Since the two substrates of a liquid crystal cell have high alignment accuracy, the electrodes on the two substrates are consistent in spatial distribution, thereby solving mura problem.

Optical device, display apparatus and method for driving same

A liquid crystal display and a driving method thereof are provided. The liquid crystal display includes a backlight source, a lower substrate at a light exit side of the backlight source, an upper substrate opposite to the lower substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the two substrates. The backlight source includes a plurality of light sources, and light emitted from each light source is collimated light. The liquid crystal display further includes at least one first electrode and at least one second electrode between the lower substrate and the liquid crystal layer and a light shielding structure, orthographic projections of the light source and the light shielding structure on the lower substrate overlapping. The first and second electrodes are configured to receive different voltages to form an electric field, so that liquid crystal molecules within the electric field are deflected to form convex lens structures.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display device. The display device includes: a display panel including a plurality of sub-pixels, each of the sub-pixels including at least one display unit, each display unit including a first electrode, a second electrode and a liquid crystal layer, the liquid crystal layer being configured to deflect collimated light rays incident onto the display panel by controlling electric signals applied to the first electrode and the second electrode; and an optical member configured to convert collimated light rays emitted from the liquid crystal layer into divergent light rays.

Display device

The present disclosure provides an integrated imaging apparatus and a display device. The integrated imaging apparatus includes: a display member, an incident light adjusting member, a lens array and a second lens that are sequentially arranged. The display member is configured to display an image; the incident light adjusting member is configured to reduce a pixel divergence angle of an incident light emitted by the display member; the lens array includes a plurality of first lens, the plurality of first lens being arranged on a plane parallel to the display member; and the second lens and the display member are coaxially arranged. The present disclosure effectively extends the field of depth, thereby improving the imaging effect of the integrated imaging apparatus.

Integrated imaging apparatus and display device

A pixel structure is disclosed. The pixel structure includes a plurality of sub-pixel groups arranged in an array, wherein each sub-pixel group is constituted by 6 sub-pixels of different colors arranged in two rows and three columns respectively. In each row of the sub-pixels, a square pixel unit is constituted by at most two adjacent sub-pixels. The present disclosure, belonging to the field of display technology, provides a grating assembly, a light source apparatus and a driving method thereof, which can solve a problem that an existing light source cannot provide light with a controllable direction. The grating assembly of the present disclosure comprises: a diffraction grating divided into a plurality of sub-pixels, each sub-pixel being divided into a plurality of regions, the diffraction grating being configured to change light transmitted through each region into parallel light and cause light transmitted through different regions of a same sub-pixel to have different directions; and a selector divided into a plurality of sub-pixels corresponding to sub-pixels of the diffraction grating, each sub-pixel being divided into a plurality of regions corresponding to the regions of the sub-pixel of the diffraction grating, the selector being configured to control whether each region thereof transmits light or not.
