A backplane, a display, and a display module are provided. The backplane includes a guide slot and a connecting element. The connecting element is disposed on the guide slot, and the connecting element matches the guide slot in shape. The connecting element is configured to connect the backplane with another backplane. The display and the display module include the above-mentioned backplane.

Backplane, display, and display module

Embodiments of the present application disclose a display device including a bendable display panel; a curvature adjusting mechanism, the curvature adjusting mechanism including at least one supporting back plate, the supporting back plate including a back plate body and at least one tightening-loosening member, the tightening-loosening member being deformationally linked with the back plate body; an adjusting portion movably connected to the tightening-loosening member. In the present application, the curvature of the display device may be adjusted by the cooperative work between the curvature adjusting mechanism and the adjusting portion, thereby meeting diversified user requirements.

The present disclosure provides a hetero-integrated terahertz low-noise miniaturized image frequency rejection transceiver front-end, including an intermediate frequency circuit and a terahertz circuit arranged up and down, where the terahertz circuit includes a local oscillator frequency tripler, a 135° 3 dB filter coupler, a radio frequency waveguide power divider, and two quartz hetero-integrated subharmonic mixers; resonant cavities of an input unit, a first output unit, an isolation unit, and a second output unit of the 135° 3 dB filter coupler are sequentially coupled through resonant grooves to form a ring structure, a cavity length of the resonant cavity of the input unit is twice that of the resonant cavities of the other three units, and an electrical length of a waveguide of the first output unit is 45° different from that of a waveguide of the second output unit.

Hetero-integrated terahertz low-noise miniaturized image frequency rejection transceiver front-end

The present disclosure provides a GaAs monolithic integrated terahertz low-noise communication system transceiver front-end, including an intermediate frequency circuit and a terahertz circuit. The terahertz circuit includes a local oscillator frequency tripler, a local oscillator unidirectional 3 dB filter coupler, a radio frequency 180° filter coupler, and two terahertz GaAs monolithic integrated subharmonic mixers. The local oscillator unidirectional 3 dB filter coupler and the radio frequency 180° filter coupler each include one ring-cylindrical resonant cavity and four rectangular waveguides. The ring-cylindrical resonant cavity is divided into four rectangular waveguides which are correspondingly connected to the four sector-annular resonant cavities, respectively. The present disclosure suppresses the local oscillator noise by adopting a local oscillator unidirectional 3 dB filter coupler and a radio frequency 180° filter coupler with both coupling and filtering functions, thereby achieving a low local oscillator noise transceiver front-end.

GaAs monolithic integrated terahertz low-noise communication system transceiver front-end

A terahertz full-duplex co-local oscillator solid-state front-end transmitting circuit is disclosed, which belongs to the technical field of terahertz communication. The overall structure of the solid-state front-end transmitting circuit adopts a new system, wherein the circuit comprises two branches that are parallel and driven by a local oscillator source. A branched waveguide directional coupler is configured to output two driving signals provided by the same local oscillator source respectively to two branch circuits with required powers. Two transmission signals generated from the two branches are combined into one signal for transmission through an orthogonal mode coupled duplexer, so as to fulfill the construction of a full-duplex co-local oscillator solid-state front-end transmission circuit.

Example communications methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes generating a first signal by a base station. The base station performs cyclic delay diversity (CDD) weighted processing on the first signal to obtain a second signal, and performs densified beam weighted processing on the second signal to obtain a third signal. The third signal is sent by the base station via an antenna. According to the foregoing method, the CDD weighted processing is performed on the first signal generated by the base station, so that time diversity can be obtained when the first signal is transmitted. In addition, the densified beam weighted processing is performed on the second signal obtained after the CDD weighted processing, so that a quantity of beams scanned by the base station can be increased.
