A slightly heavy particle system for wastewater treatment includes a contactor. The contactor includes a gas-liquid-solid three-phase region, and the gas-liquid-solid three-phase region includes gas phase, liquid phase, and solid phase. The liquid phase is the continuous phase and the solid phase is slightly heavy particles. The slightly heavy particles are able to carry some microorganisms on their surfaces at least, and the density of the slightly heavy particles is higher than the density of the liquid. The slightly heavy particle system applied in wastewater treatment can increase the concentration of microorganisms significantly, improve the ability to bear impact load, produce less sludge, and without sludge expansion. Meanwhile, suspending slightly heavy particles with the combined effect of gas and liquid is able to reduce energy consumption to a larger extent. Therefore, this system features with high efficiency and low energy consumption.

An oil-soluble conductive agent and a preparation method therefor. Raw materials for preparing the oil-soluble conductive agent comprise the following components: 20 parts by weight of ethyl caprate or bis(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate, 1.8-2.2 parts by weight of ethyl methyl carbonate, and 2-8 parts by weight of fluorine-containing ion salt; and the fluorine-containing ion salt is selected from one or more of lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate, and lithium tetrafluoroborate. The oil-soluble conductive agent is apparently a colorless transparent liquid at 25° C. or higher, and the conductivity at 25° C. reaches 1×10S/cm. The oil-soluble conductive agent can be completely dissolved in a base oil and improve the conductivity thereof, so as to have the effects of arc suppression, being anti-static, cooling, heat transfer, and conduction.

Oil-soluble conductive additive and preparation method therefor

A container-type apparatus for wastewater treatment with a suspended particle system, including one or multiple biological reaction zones. The biological reaction zones can be facultative, anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic and at least one of the biological reaction zones is a suspended particle system. Particles in the suspended particle system act as the carrier of microbiota and offer better conditions for them to grow. The apparatus adopts a box structure, such as a container type, which is convenient to move, flexible to assemble, and can be used multiple times. Based on actual requirements, this apparatus can also be a structure type. A method for purification and conditioning of crude syngas based on properties of molten salts, includes removing particles at a high-temperature by enabling the high-temperature crude syngas produced by a gasification device to firstly pass through a high-temperature particle removal device to remove solid particles in the gas; removing hydrocarbons in the presence of oxygen by introducing an oxidant into the crude syngas after treatment, selectively removing the hydrocarbons in the crude syngas and simultaneously utilizing high temperature produced by oxidation of the hydrocarbons to crack tar; and removing gas pollutants and conditioning by introducing the obtained crude syngas into molten salts medium, removing pollutants containing sulfur and chlorine in the crude syngas, and simultaneously adjusting the H/CO ratio of the syngas to obtain purified syngas.

Method for purification and conditioning of crude syngas based on properties of molten salts

The present invention provides a process for producing copper nanoparticles, comprising steps of: a) reacting an aqueous solution containing a reductant with an aqueous solution of a copper salt while stirring for 1-8 min, wherein the reductant being one or more selected from a group consisting of hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride and sodium hypophosphite; b) adding an apolar organic solution containing the extracting agent and continuing the stirring for 0.5-1.5 hrs, said extracting agent being one or more selected from the group consisting of alkyl dithiocarbonic acid and salts thereof, O,O'-dialkyl dithiophosphoric acid and salts thereof, and dialkylamino dithioformic acid and salts and said apolar organic solution being one selected from the group consisting of benzene, toluene and straight or branched alkanes having 6-12 carbon atoms, wherein the alkyl having 6-20 carbon atoms; and c) post-treating the reaction product to obtain copper nanoparticles.
