An electronic vehicle includes A DC link capacitor and a traction inverter coupled to the DC link capacitor. The traction inverter includes a first half bridge circuit, a second half bridge circuit, and a third half bridge circuit each coupled between terminals of the DC link capacitor. The traction inverter includes a driver circuit coupled to the traction inverter configured to drive the first, second, and third half bridge circuits to generate an AC voltage in a standard operating mode. The driver circuit is configured to discharge the DC link capacitor responsive to a discharge command by toggling the first half bridge between an open condition and a closed condition while holding the second half bridge circuit and the third half bridge circuit in the open condition.

Traction inverter DC-link active discharge method

A resolver decoder circuit includes: a first filter circuit configured to calculate a first weighted sum of a first digital signal over a pre-determined period of time, where the first digital signal includes first digital samples of a first analog signal from a sine winding of a resolver; a second filter circuit configured to calculate a second weighted sum of a second digital signal over the pre-determined period of time, where the second digital signal includes second digital samples of a second analog signal from a cosine winding of the resolver, where the first and the second analog signals are configured to be induced by a sine signal applied to an input winding of the resolver; and a rectifier configured to generate a first output and a second output by adjusting a first sign of the first weighted sum and adjusting a second sign of the second weighted sum, respectively.

A portable power electronic switching apparatus may include an input end high-voltage connector, a DC-DC converter circuit, an input end transfer switch, a first inverter circuit, a direct-current output end high-voltage connector, an alternating-current output end high-voltage connector, and a conversion controller, where the input end high-voltage connector may be connected to an input end of the DC-DC converter circuit, an output end of the DC-DC converter circuit may be separately connected to an input end of the first inverter circuit and the direct-current output end high-voltage connector by using the input end transfer switch. An output end of the first inverter circuit may be connected to the alternating-current output end high-voltage connector. The conversion controller may be connected to the first inverter circuit by using a first switch drive circuit, and the conversion controller may be connected to the DC-DC converter circuit by using a transformation ratio switch controller and a second switch drive circuit separately.

The present invention relates to an integrated power electronic device for electric vehicles, including an integrated box, a high-voltage cable distribution module, and an intelligent monitoring module. The high-voltage cable distribution module includes a substrate and a multiple channels of high-voltage component connection branches provided on the substrate. The intelligent monitoring module includes a CAN communication circuit provided on the substrate, an auxiliary contact detecting circuit for detecting a working state of the main contactor, an open-box detection circuit for detecting a sealing state of the integrated box, and an isolation detection circuit for detecting insulativity of an electric vehicle. The CAN communication circuit is connected, through a detection data collector, to the auxiliary contact detecting circuit, the open-box detection circuit, the isolation detection circuit, and a vehicle bus, separately.
