The present application provides an array substrate and a display panel. By arranging an auxiliary electrode in a second electrode layer that is in a different layer from the pixel electrode, an aperture ratio of a pixel can be increased. In addition to that, a capacity of the storage capacitor can be increased, thereby solving a problem that the display panel is prone to flickering.

Array substrate and display panel

A display device is provided. A liquid crystal display panel has a first display area and a second display area. When the display device displays, a brightness of the first display area is lower than a brightness of the second display area. The liquid crystal display panel includes a pixel electrode, a common electrode, and an insulating layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. A thickness of at least part of the insulating layer in the first display area is greater than a thickness of at least part of the insulating layer in the second display area.

Display device

A display panel is provided, including a touch layer including a plurality of touch electrodes; a plurality of touch wires, wherein each of the touch wires is connected to one touch electrode respectively to transmit touch signals of the touch electrodes; and a plurality of conductive wire segments, wherein each of the conductive wire segments and the touch electrodes are in parallel connection. By adding impedance of parallel connection to each of the touch electrodes, voltage drop incurred by the common electrodes and the conductive wire segments is reduced, and the stability of the common voltage signal transmitted in the display region of the display panel is improved.

The present application provides an array substrate and a display device. By placing a first shielding electrode between the data line and the common electrode arranged opposite to each other, the first shielding electrode is connected to a DC voltage signal, so that a data voltage signal of the data line does not affect a signal of the common electrode. This prevents coupling capacitance between the common electrode and the data line, and prevents poor display quality like screen flickering.

Array substrate and display device

A gate driver on array (GOA) circuit includes a plurality of GOA units, wherein the GOA units are cascaded. The cascaded GOA units includes an Nth-stage GOA unit including a pull-up control module, a cascade module, a pull-down holding module, a pull-down control module, and a signal output module. A structure of an inverter module in the pull-down holding module is improved. Advantageous effects are as follows. The inverter module in the pull-down holding module is optimized. Difference in a voltage-ampere characteristic between each of transistors after long-term operation of the inverter module is effectively reduced, thereby increasing operating time of the inverter module.

GOA circuit

A GOA circuit and a display panel are provided. The GOA circuit and the display panel decrease thin film transistors required by an inverter in a circuit structure. A thin film transistor number is decreased, and an area occupied by a GOA space can be effectively decreased, which facilitates decreasing of border sizes of panels. Gates of thin film transistors of the GOA circuit are controlled by clock signals that have not been attenuated, which can prevent failure resulting from an attenuated cascaded signal caused by threshold voltage drifting of thin film transistors.
