A computer chassis capable of receiving multiple motherboards includes a shell and a first motherboard received in the shell. The shell includes a plurality of grooves and a pressing column. The computer chassis further includes a motherboard module, the motherboard module includes a bracket and a second motherboard received in the bracket. The bracket includes an operation member and a plurality of guide rails. The guide rails are inserted into the grooves, the operation member is rotated to drive the bracket to the first motherboard, until the motherboard module is slidably rotated in the shell. The second motherboard is thereby electrically connected with the first motherboard.

Tool-and-fastener-free computer chassis

A small-volume push-push apparatus for mounting and demounting a hard disk includes a pressing member, a bracket, and an elastic rod. The bracket defines first to fourth sliding slots, and the elastic rod includes a sliding portion. The pressing member can drive the sliding portion to slide along the first to fourth sliding slots in sequence. When the sliding portion slides to an ending point of the first sliding slot and intersects with the second sliding slot, the bracket can move at a first direction. When the sliding portion slides to a starting point of the first sliding slot away from the fourth sliding slot, the bracket can move in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Push-push apparatus for installing and removing hard disk

A securing apparatus configured to mount a data storage device in an enclosure includes a shielding assembly configured to be secured to a panel of the enclosure and a sliding pole. The shielding assembly includes a frame and a rotating plate rotatably mounted to the frame. The sliding pole is slidably mounted to the frame and defines a plurality of latching slots. The frame defines an aperture for the data storage device to pass through; the rotating plate comprises a plurality of hooks. The sliding pole is slidable relative to the frame to engage the hooks in the latching slots. The rotating plate is secured to the frame and shields the aperture, preventing the data storage device from being taken out of the enclosure.

A container assembly for accommodating an electronic device in a panel, includes: a retainer attached to the panel; a cover with the electronic device attached thereto pivotably attached to the retainer, and pivotable between an open position and a closed position; a lock for locking the cover at the closed position; a gear damper; a rotating shelf attached to the cover and sandwiching the electronic device with the cover, a rack formed on the rotating shelf configured for engaging with the gear damper; and an elastic support sandwiched between the retainer and the rotating shelf for biasing the cover to the open position via restoring force of the elastic support; wherein the gear damper depresses the restoring force of the elastic support.

Container assembly for electronic device

A computer enclosure includes an inner chassis, an input/output (I/O) module defining a number of I/O interfaces, a latching unit attached to the inner chassis, a resilient member connected between the I/O module and the inner chassis, a gear rack attached to the I/O module, and a damping gear assembly attached to the inner chassis and engaging with the gear rack. The I/O module is pivotably mounted to the inner chassis. The latching unit is capable of keeping the I/O module at a closed position where the I/O interfaces of the I/O module are unexposed. A movement of the I/O module is restrained by the damping gear.

Computer enclosure with input/output module

A computer front bezel includes a main body, a sliding cover, and two elastic members. The main body defines two substantially opposite sliding grooves. The sliding cover includes two posts slidably received in the sliding grooves of the main body respectively. The two elastic members are connected to the sliding cover and the main body. One end of each of the elastic members is rotatably connected to the main body, and the other end of each of the elastic members is rotatably connected to the sliding cover. The sliding cover is capable of moving between a first, a second and a third state. The first state is that the sliding cover is in a closed position and the two posts are approximately located at first end of the grooves. The second state is that the sliding cover is between the first and third state, and the elastic members exert more force than when the sliding cover is in the first or third state. The third state is that the sliding cover is in an open position and the posts are approximately located at second end of the grooves.

A top of the locking member is pivotably connected to the mounting bracket. The operating member is arranged between the locking member and the first sidewall, and includes a resilient portion for pressing the locking member inward, and a first clip portion for clipping a bottom of the locking member for drawing the locking member to pivot outward. A top of the operating member is pivotably connected to the mounting bracket.

A mounting apparatus for mounting a plurality of expansion cards () with cover plates () to a computer enclosure includes a rear panel () and a fixing member (). The cover plate has an elongated portion () and a bent portion (). The rear panel has a card cage (). The card cage includes a base wall () to support the cover plate, and a bent wall (). The fixing member mounted at an upper portion of the rear panel includes a bracket () and a plurality of fasteners () movably mounted on the bracket. The bracket forms a plurality of securing portions () thereof. The fasteners each include a pressing portion () corresponding to the bent portion of the cover plate. The arm portion forms a second securing portion () corresponding to the first securing portion.

Mounting apparatus for mounting expansion cards in computer enclosure

A mounting assembly for data storage device includes a data storage device () with fixing holes () along two opposite sidewalls, a cage () receiving the data storage device, a fixing member () and an elastic portion (). The cage defines a plurality of mounting holes () corresponding to the fixing holes. The fixing member movably engages with the cage. A plurality of attaching pins () is extended from the fixing member. A resilient member () deformed under pressure comprises two wings and received between the cage and the fixing member. When the resilient member is deformed, the fixing member is forced apart from the cage and the elastic portion is compressed; when the resilient member reinstates, the compressed elastic portion pushes the fixing member to approach the cage, so that the attaching pins on the fixing member can be automatically inserted into or retreated from the fixing holes of the data storage device.
