A device for imaging one dimension nanomaterials is provided. The device includes an optical microscope with a liquid immersion objective, a laser device, and a spectrometer. The laser device is configured to provide an incident light beam with a continuous spectrum. The spectrometer is configured to obtain spectral information of the one dimensional nanomaterials.

Device for imaging 1-D nanomaterials

The disclosure relates to an electronic beam machining system. The system includes a vacuum chamber; an electron gun located in the vacuum chamber and used to emit electron beam; a holder located in the vacuum chamber and used to fix an object; a control computer; and a diffraction unit located in the vacuum chamber; the diffraction unit includes a two-dimensional nanomaterial; the electron beam transmits the two-dimensional nanomaterial to form a transmission electron beam and a plurality of diffraction electron beams; the transmission electron beam and the plurality of diffraction electron beams radiate the object to form a transmission spot and a plurality of diffraction spots.

Electronic beam machining system

The disclosure relates to a method for characterizing a two-dimensional nanomaterial sample. The two-dimensional nanomaterial sample is placed in a vacuum chamber. An electron beam passes through the two-dimensional nanomaterial sample to form a diffraction electron beam and a transmission electron beam to form an image on an imaging device. An angle &#x3b8; between the diffraction electron beam and the transmission electron is obtained. A lattice period d of the two-dimensional nanomaterial sample is calculated according to a formula d sin &#x3b8;&#x2245;d&#x3b8;=&#x3bb;, where &#x3bb; represents a wavelength of the electron beam.

Fourthly, the liquid immersion objective is immersed into the liquid to get a resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) image of the carbon nanotube sample. Fifthly, spectra of the carbon nanotube sample are measured to obtain chirality of the carbon nanotube sample.

Method for imaging 1-D nanomaterials

A method for making thermoacoustic device includes following steps. A substrate having a first surface and second surface is provided. The first surface defines a plurality of grids. Grooves are formed on each of the plurality of grids. A first electrode and a second electrode are formed on each grid. The first electrode is spaced from the second electrode. One of the grooves is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. A number of carbon nanotube wires are applied on the first surface and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. A thermoacoustic device array is formed on the substrate by separating the carbon nanotube wires. A number of thermoacoustic device is formed by cutting the substrate according to the grids.

Method for making thermoacoustic device

The disclosure relates to a photolithography method based on electronic beam. The method includes: providing an electronic beam; making the electron beam transmit a two dimensional nanomaterial to form a transmission electron beam and a number of diffraction electron beams; shielding the transmission electron beam; and radiating a surface of an object by the plurality of diffraction electron beams. The photolithography method is high efficiency and has low cost.

A method for making carbon fiber film includes drawing a carbon nanotube film from a carbon nanotube array. The carbon nanotube film is successively passed through a first room and a second room. A carrier gas and a carbon source gas are supplied to the first room and a carbon layer is formed on the carbon nanotube film located in the first room. The carbon nanotube film with the carbon fiber film is taken into the second room from the first room, and the carbon layer is graphitized.

Method for making carbon fiber film

A method for making a thermoacoustic device array includes the following step. A substrate having a surface is provided. The surface defines a grid having a number of cells. A number of holes are defined on each of the cells. A first electrode and a second electrode are formed on each of the cells. The first electrode is spaced from the second electrode, and one row of the holes is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. A sound wave generator is applied on the substrate and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. The sound wave generator is suspended over the holes. The sound wave generator is divided according to the cells.

Method for making thermoacoustic device array

The disclosure relates to a low energy electron microscopy. The electron microscopy includes a vacuum chamber; an electron gun used to emit electron beam; a diffraction chamber; an imaging device; a sample holder used to fix two-dimensional nanomaterial sample; a vacuum pumping device; and a control computer. The electron beam transmits the sample to form a transmission electron beam and diffraction electron beam. The control computer includes a switching module to switch the work mode between a large beam spot diffraction imaging mode and small beam spot diffraction imaging mode.

Low energy electron microscopy

A membrane electrode assembly includes a proton exchange membrane and at least one electrode located on the proton exchange membrane, wherein the at least one electrode includes a carbon fiber film. The carbon fiber film includes at least one carbon nanotube film including a number of carbon nanotubes joined end to end and extending along a same direction. Each of the number of carbon nanotubes is joined with a number of graphene sheets, and an angle is between a lengthwise direction of each of the number of graphene sheets and the number of carbon nanotubes.

Membrane electrode assembly of fuel cell

A cathode of lithium-ion battery includes a carbon fiber film. The carbon fiber film includes at least one carbon nanotube film including a number of carbon nanotubes joined end to end and extending along a same direction. Each of the number of carbon nanotubes is joined with a number of graphene sheets, and an angle is between each of the number of graphene sheets and the number of carbon nanotubes.
