This application provides techniques of generating comment videos. The techniques comprise receiving a selection of a target text video template, wherein the target text video template is associated with synthesis material, and wherein the synthesis material comprises a video track; determining at least one target comment corresponding to the target text video template; segmenting the at least one target comment and obtaining at least one comment segment comprised in each of the at least one target comment; and generating a corresponding comment video by adding the at least one comment segment of each target comment to the synthesis material.

A backlight module, a display module, and a display device are provided. The backlight module includes a light-emitting area including a first light-emitting area and a second light-emitting area. The second light-emitting area at least partially surrounds the first light-emitting area. Provided are a backlight module, a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The backlight module includes a substrate, multiple light-emitting elements, a reflection structure and a rubber frame structure, and the multiple light-emitting elements, the reflection structure and the rubber frame structure are located on one side of the substrate. The present disclosure provides the use of a recombinant human secretory DDRGK1. Experiments demonstrate that the recombinant human secretory DDRGK1 prepared by the present disclosure can be used in the preparation of biological medicines for treating intervertebral disc degeneration, fractures or bone defects. The recombinant human secretory DDRGK1 of the present disclosure provides a promising direction for the treatment of bone related diseases and has obtained firm scientific evidence, thereby expanding the further application of recombinant human secretory DDRGK1 in clinical practice.

Use of recombinant human secretory DDRGK1

The present invention provides a semiconductor structure and method of manufacturing the same. The semiconductor structure includes a substrate and a gate formed on the substrate. The above manufacturing method is used to form a gate on the substrate. The above manufacturing method specifically includes: providing a substrate; forming a trench in an upper portion of the substrate; depositing a gate layer on the substrate, the gate layer including two step portions extending from the outside of the trench to the inside of the trench; etching the gate layer from two ends of the trench along the two step portions toward the center of the trench to form the gate in the trench, wherein the width of the gate is smaller than the width of the trench.
