A method for three-dimensional reconstruction of a tumor-affected tissue is provided. The method includes the steps of: acquiring a plurality of slide images, each of which corresponds to a pathology section of the tumor-affected tissue; defining, on each of the slide images, at least one closed infiltration zone, the closed infiltration zone enclosing at least a portion of deep tissue in the pathology section; performing three-dimensional reconstruction by using the slide images having closed infiltration zones defined therein, thereby obtaining an infiltration space of the tumor-affected tissue; and determining three-dimensional occupancy of a tumor in the tumor-affected tissue, and defining a part of the tumor within the infiltration space as infiltrated, and defining another part of the tumor outside the infiltration space as non-infiltrated. A system and a computer readable medium for performing the three-dimensional reconstruction method are also provided.

A computer-implemented method for evaluating colonoscopy performance includes: (S) splitting a video acquired during a colonoscopy examination into a plurality of colonoscopy images; (S) assigning each of the colonoscopy images into a fold-inspection group or a non-fold-inspection group according to a first classification criterion and a second classification criterion, wherein the first classification criterion comprises at least one of clarity, exposure, level of tissue wrinkling, and level of occlusion in each of the colonoscopy images; and the second classification criterion comprises at least one of an amount of haustrum, an amount of colonic lumen, and a position of the colonic lumen in each of the colonoscopy images; and (S) determining a performance rating of the colonoscopy examination according to an elapsed time of the fold-inspection group. The method classifies colonoscopy images more accurately and reliably, thereby providing an effective tool for quality assessment and guidance of colonoscopy examinations.

The spring adjusting device can prevent the end part of the adjusting screw rod from being separated from the groove, and the spring from being bent on the whole, thereby improving the overall working performance of the valve assembly.
