A surface processing device includes a machining mechanism and a driving mechanism driving the machining mechanism to polish a workpiece. The machining mechanism includes a machining assembly and a first transmission shaft eccentrically coupled with the machining assembly at a first end. The first transmission shaft rotates to bring the machining assembly into revolving around the first transmission shaft. The driving mechanism includes a motor connected to a second end of the first transmission shaft for outputting power to the machining mechanism. The surface processing device provides smooth machining without the noise of a pneumatically-powered tool.

Surface processing device

An assembling equipment for performing asynchronous process on a first workpiece and a second workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a base and a conveying mechanism on the base. The conveying mechanism transports a first positioning assembly carrying a first workpiece and a second positioning assembly carrying a second workpiece to a first station synchronously, and a first attaching mechanism attaches a first component to the first workpiece at the first station. Then the conveying mechanism transports the first positioning assembly and the second positioning assembly to a second station synchronously, a second attaching mechanism attaches a second component to the second workpiece, and a first processing mechanism processes first workpiece that has been attached with the first component according to a preset requirement at the same time. The assembling equipment improves efficiency of production.

Assembling equipment

A joint assembly, a swing device and a robot are provided. The joint assembly includes a movable part defining a movable groove and a rotating part. The rotating part includes a rotating body being a spherical shape. The rotating body is rotatably received in the movable groove to adapt to the movable part. The rotating part defines an air hole with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet is configured to receive introduced air, and the air outlet is configured to expel the air to the movable groove.

Robot arm

A rotational speed-reduction device is disclosed. The speed-reduction device includes a flange, a planetary bracket fixedly mounted on the flange, a planetary gear assembly movably mounted on the planetary bracket, a first bearing sleeved on the planetary bracket, an input member, and an output member. The planetary bracket includes a mounting portion, a fixing portion fixed to the flange, and a support portion. The support portion connects the mounting portion to the fixing portion. The planetary gear assembly includes a number of planetary gear pairs movably mounted between the fixing portion and the mounting portion, a fixing shaft passing through the planetary gear pairs, and rotation members movably received between the planetary gear pairs and sleeved on the fixing shaft. Opposite ends of the fixing shaft are connected to the mounting portion and the fixing portion, respectively.

Rational speed-reduction device

A cycloid pinwheel speed reducer includes a first housing, two cycloidal gears, a plurality of rollers, an output shaft, a second housing, a mounting frame, an input gear, a transmission gear, and a first transmission shaft. The mounting frame includes a mounting portion, a first eccentric portion, and a second eccentric portion. The cycloidal gears are respectively sleeved on the first eccentric portion and the second eccentric portion. The second housing is sleeved on the mounting portion. The rollers are sandwiched between the second housing and the cycloidal gears. The transmission gear is rotatably mounted within the mounting portion and sleeved on the first transmission shaft, and meshes with the input gear and the first housing.

Cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer

A flexspline protective structure includes a first rotation member, a second rotation member and a plurality of fixing members. The second rotation member is sleeved on the first rotation member. The plurality of fixing members fix the first rotation member and the second rotation member together and are capable of breaking off in the event of jamming or other mischance to enable the second rotation member to rotate freely relative to the first rotation member. The disclosure presents a robot arm mechanism equipped with the flexspline protective structure.

Flexspline protective structure and robot arm mechanism using same

A cycloid pinwheel reducer includes a housing, two cycloid pinwheels, a plurality of rollers, an output flange, and a first transmission assembly. The housing forms an inner teeth ring in an inner wall of the housing. The two cycloid pinwheels are received in the housing. Each cycloid pinwheel forms a meshing portion. The rollers roll in position between the housing and the meshing portions. The output flange is non-rotatably connected with the cycloid pinwheels. The first transmission assembly includes a first transmission gear, a second transmission gear meshed with the first transmission gear. The second transmission gear includes a base body, a second teeth portion positioned on the base body, a first eccentric portion, and a second eccentric portion. The second teeth portion is meshed with the first transmission gear. The two cycloid pinwheels is sleeved on the first and second eccentric portions respectively.

An industrial robot includes a support body, a moving platform, a pivot shaft, a plurality of driving devices, a plurality of transfer branch joints, and a base. The support body includes a main body, and an installing portion opposite to the main body; the pivot shaft is rotatably connected with the main body and the moving platform; the driving devices are positioned at a bottom of the main body; each transfer branch joint is movably connected with the moving platform and one corresponding driving device; the installing base includes a bottom base, and two supporting arms extending from opposite sides of the bottom base; the bottom base and the two supporting arms cooperatively forming a receiving space; the bottom base and the two supporting arms are detachable in relation to the installing portion and the main body; the main body is received in the receiving space.

Industrial robot

A manipulator includes a mechanical arm, a cable positioned in the mechanical arm, at least one cable protection device, and a plurality of fasteners. The at least one cable protection device is fixed to the mechanical arm by the fasteners. The mechanical arm defines a receiving slot, in which the cable is partially received. The at least one cable protection device includes a fixing member and a resilient arm. The fixing member is connected to the mechanical arm, opposite to the receiving slot. The resilient arm is capable of swinging relative to the fixing member.

Manipulator

A speed reducing mechanism includes a speed reducer and a bearing engaged with the speed reducer. The speed reducer includes a driving member, a first transmission member and a second transmission member. The driving member is connected to the first transmission member. The first transmission member forms a plurality of first engaging teeth, and the second transmission member forms a plurality of second engaging teeth. The total number or count of the first engaging teeth is different from that of the second engaging teeth. The bearing includes a bearing cone, a bearing cup, and roller bearings mounted between the bearing cone and the bearing cup. The first transmission member is fixed to the bearing cup, and the second transmission member is fixed to the bearing cone.

Robot

A feeding device includes a support mechanism, a movable platform, a driving mechanism, a clutching mechanism, and two or more holding mechanisms. The movable platform is movably connected to the support mechanism, and loads feed trays stacked together. The driving mechanism drives the movable platform to move relative to the support mechanism. The holding mechanisms are fixed on the support mechanism, and switch from a first position to a second position. When the holding mechanisms are positioned in the first position, the holding mechanisms grasp one feed tray adjacent to a feed tray at a top of the feed trays, and the clutching mechanism clutches the feed tray at the top of the feed trays. When the holding mechanisms are positioned in the second position, the holding mechanisms separate from the feed trays.

Component feeding device

A mobile platform with six degrees of freedom includes a static base plate, six branched chain, a dynamic moving plate and twelve fixing assembly. Each of the static base plate and the dynamic moving plate defines six spherical ball sockets. The dynamic moving plate is adjustably and movably mounted upon the static base plate. The six branched chains is adjustably assembled between the static base plate and the dynamic moving plate, enabling the dynamic moving plate to move relative to the static base plate along six degrees of freedom. Each branched chain comprises two ball heads rotatably engaged with one corresponding ball socket of the static base plate and one corresponding ball socket of the dynamic moving plate.

Mobile platform with six degrees of freedom

A planetary gear transmission mechanism includes an input shaft, an input bevel gear connecting to the input shaft, four planetary bevel gears meshed with the input bevel gear, an output gear driven by the planetary bevel gears, a stationary bevel gear meshed with the planetary bevel gears, and four bearing modules. The output gear evenly defines four through holes along one axis. Each planetary bevel gear is received in one through hole and rotatably connected to the output gear. The rotation axis of each planetary bevel gear is substantially perpendicular to the rotation axis of the output gear. The stationary bevel gear meshes with the planetary bevel gears. The input bevel gear and the stationary bevel gear are positioned on opposite sides of the output gear respectively. The bearing modules are received in the through holes respectively, and each bearing module rotatably supports one planetary bevel gear.
